During our stay here we had good thing and only three bad things to say about this hotel. The bad things were (1) the lobby AC did not work (2) It took way too long to get rooms cleaned and towels replaced. We got back to our room a little after 4 and they had not been changed out. Had... More

In addition to a great location and clean rooms, the excellent customer service exhibited by Susan,Matthew, and Megan was truly outstanding. They anticipated our every need and responded accordingly. This is the place to stay in Pittsburg!!

I was so disappointed at this Hyatt. They didn't give us information on where things were or when breakfast was. No one was ever available at the service desk because they were understaffed. The rooms were very dirty. Stains on the sofa, cigarette holes in the carpet, mold on the shower curtain, dust on the carpet near the walls and... More

I was dissapointed at the customer service, or lack there of, at this Hyatt. I have never had a problem at any Hyatt properties. I was charged $19 for parking, which is fine and expected in the city, but when I came back later in the evening with my daughter to park for the night, there were no parking spaces.... More

Situated between Heinz Field and PNC Park. Right next to North Side Station T stop (one stop away from downtown Pittsburgh; free!). Easy to walk to Point State Park via Three Rivers Heritage Trail System. Parking at hotel is an additional daily fee ($19) but no additional charge in/out. Hotel also operates a van shuttle by reservation. Hotel is clean.... More

We traveled to Pittsburgh to catch the Detroit Tigers play against the Pirates and one of our hotel priorities was to stay within walking distance to PNC Park. This was easily achieved by staying here and only had a 2 minute walk from our hotel to the entry gates to PNC. The hotel itself was great. We had a king... More

Our main reason for staying in Pittsburgh was to attend a Pirate game. This hotel is especially great for that. But you could stay here for any reason when you travel to Pittsburgh. They have a secure parking facility. Close to the subway/trolley. They have a shuttle service for travel within 3 miles. . Nice breakfast in am. Small swimming... More

This hotel is very convenient to sporting events, casino etc...The staff are very friendly and the room was comfortable. The only negative thing I would say is that all the parking to the hotel was taken so we had to park around the corner and carry our bags....quite a trek!

Great location to catch a baseball or football game! Close to Water Steps, water front and the T. Room is about average. Breakfast options are okay - would have liked more fruit and hot food left out a bit too long. Front desk often unable to keep up with requests resulting in long lines. Staff seems un-empowered to resolve issues... More

We visited from out of town along with another family over the 4th of July holiday for kid friendly tourist stuff, a ballgame & 4th festivities. Despite huge crowds, the staff and hotel overall were on their game. Everything was clean, the shuttle got us to and from things so quickly, all of our questions were quickly answered & breakfast...
