This was our second visit to the Residence Inn. Opted to stay here again for the location as well as the two room suite option as we were traveling with family this trip. Staying on the other side of the hotel (facing PNC Park) makes a HUGE positive difference in the noise level. Would definitely recommend asking not to be... More

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to assist our large group. It was the first time many of us had been to Pittsburgh and we received great recommendations. The location was amazing and every main attraction was in walking distance. Their complimentary shuttle services all the museums and tourist attractions. Families can stay at this hotel and... More

I am so happy your group enjoyed their stay here at the Residence Inn. The complimentary shuttle is great so you don't have to drive, but just relax and enjoy the ride. We are within walking to distance to a number of musuems and attractions in the area and just a short walk into town. More

We stayed here last week over spring break. We had a one-bedroom with a pull-out cough for the 4 of us. The room was nice and came with a kitchenette, we didn't cook in the room, but it was nice to have a fridge and microwave. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and professional. The pool was a bit small... More

Having an on demand shuttle is a really great amenity. Most of the really great restaurants are about a mile or two away. Not far enough that you want to take your car, and too far to walk. So this worked out really well.

Yes, having a complimentary shuttle is very convenient for those who don't know the city and how to get around. More

Spent one night here, wish it could have been longer. We had a room on the 9th floor overlooking the entrance to PNC Park and the river. Room was spacious and clean. Everything we could have needed was supplied. Breakfast was fabulous in the morning, a nice selection of hot items included scrambled eggs, sausage, French toast and red skin... More

I am delighted you enjoyed your stay with us. Being so close to the ballpark, you can just walk right across the street and into home plate. The continental breakfast is great especially when you are here for multiple nights. It almost makes you feeel like you are in a home away from home. We do hope you come back... More

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Residence Inn North Shore hotel in Pittsburgh. We had never been to the city before, so we went into planning this trip with no idea where to stay or what the best locations were. We chose this hotel for the price, which was very reasonable. The hotel is actually very far from... More

My husband and I live in the suburbs right outside of Pittsburgh. Every year we set aside a weekend to stay at a hotel in our beautiful city to enjoy all that it has to offer. We have stayed at the Sheraton in Station Square several times, at the Renaissance downtown, and the Holiday Inn on the South Side. The... More

What a wonderful place to stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious. We had a king studio! Breakfast in the morning was a very nice variety of choices. The breakfast attendant was very thoughtful with putting out fresh hot food and providing a tray to take the food and drinks back to the room.... More

I am happy to see that our staff was very accommodating for you and your family. It does make it nice to be able to take your food up to your room with a tray instead of trying to juggle everything. More

My wife and I spent one night at this Residence Inn during our recent trip to Pittsburgh. The hotel is located downtown, but was very accessible and easy to get in and out of. Our location is perfect for those attending a sporting event or anything in downtown with the subway located just outside our front door and the shuttle. I am glad your family had a great time staying with us. Unfortunately, we have to charge the parking fee due to us not owing our parking lot, but it is worth it since... More

We travel to Pittsburgh regularly to visit family and have now found what will be our regular place to stay. The room was attractive, comfortable and looked out on PNC Park and downtown. The breakfast is above average, to be sure. When we needed something fixed in the room it was handled immediately.
