Made 2 night reservation for non-smoking king. Arrived at room, only double bed - called front desk as this was not satisfactory to my 6' plus husband. Tried to get room changed but they were booked up. As soon as you walk down hall you know you are in trouble. It is filthy dirty the liscense for the elevator was expired since Jan 1 2009, the maid only spoke an oriental language, she never cleaned our bathroom in 4 days we stayed there my wife cleaned it herself.
