Was easy to get to and park .We were met at the door by Karl and a beautifully decorated 20ft. Christmas tree in the foyer. Easy check in, then up the staircase to Mrs. Boggs room. Everything was excellent, even the Green Bay Packer fans. We will definitely be back soon. We highly recommend this Inn to anyone wanting to... more

This is the kind of place dreams are made of! The Beauty of this Gem is on par with my favorite 4 star hotel in San Francisco. The innkeeper, Jeff, is friendly and helpful and made us feel at home rather than like we were at a hotel. The house is massive and incredibly beautiful. They were decorating for the... more

I often use this hotel for travel to Pittsburgh. Nothing like a glass of wine on the terrace overlooking Allegheny Commons Park. I defy you to remain tense after an hour of this kind of therapy. Rooms are spacious, more than you need for two. Aroma of potporri is very subtle in the main hallway, clean rooms. Not an musty-antique... more

Four nights at this inn helped to make our trip more than just a family reunion weekend -- it encouraged us to enjoy a perfect Pittsburgh experience. The inn itself is wonderfully restored and very comfortable. We stayed in Mr. Boggs' room overlooking the park; it was spacious and nicely decorated. Jeff and Carl are great hosts, offering handy advice... more

This place was a great hidden surprise. Close to downtown and not too expensive. The house was like a castle directly across from the park. It really made the trip. more

We stayed at the inn during playoff weekend (not intentionally) and enjoyed every second of our stay. My husband and I were meeting up with family we don't get to see a lot and the inn offered us a very comfortable environment to share our quality time together. We stayed in Emma's room. 2 very comfortable Queen Beds and a... more

This was our second stay at the Inn and we will certainly be there again. While visiting family and friends in Pittsburgh, it is the perfect place to come back to relax and unwind. Both times we have stayed in the Back Suite which is a small, cozy room on the third floor. Breakfast is at leisure as it is... more

Stayed one night at this lovely b&b! Will definitely be back again. We stayed in the mini suite on the third floor. It is located in a great, charming area. The area is still developing.. but it is far from raw. We felt very safe here and walked all through the neighborhood. Jeff, one of the owners gave us some... more

I hosted a birthday party for my husband at the Inn. The party was wonderful, the setting, the food, the owners of the inn and their staff were superb! It was great fun then for many of the guests to be able to sleep over and we had breakfast together the next day. I cannot say enough about this gem... more

During our vacation trip to visit Pittsbugh, PA we had the good fortune to run across this fabulous bed and breakfast. It was built in the 1880's I believe, and the rooms were all elegant. The room we had was over the top roomy and so comfy. The owners Jeff and Karl went out of their way to accomodate us.... more
