Westin usually has a standard for clean, luxurious sleeping quarters and quiet as a church, but this location unfortunately did not fulfill these ideals. The door staff was friendly, helpful and efficient at check in. I was exhausted from a long drive and a poor night's sleep and they had my in my room with ease. The bed's are amazing, the views are terrific and the price is right. I hope my travels bring me back to Pittsburgh to stay here again. more

This is one of the worst 4 star hotel we've stayed in. Luckily we didn't pay full price. Run down, peeling roof on the ceiling in the washroom, cracked sink, dirty tub.
