Booked this trip through priceline for $64/night. Wouldn't want to pay much more then that though for this hotel. As of Nov 09 all the roads are under construction so it's a pain trying to drive around the city figuring out how to get to the hotel. GPS or a map come in really handy. The hotel is nice enough.... more

Having stayed at most downtown Pittsburgh hotels, I was excited to try the Hilton & Towers. The hotel itself was very nice and seemed exceptionally clean, and I thought the service (valet, restaurant, check-in desk staff) was great. I love the location (easy walking distance to tons of theaters, restaurants, museums, etc.), and we had the most beautiful view of... more

We arrived at the hotel after driving all night from Port Clinton OH. Unfortunately, they were undergoing major construction to the downtown Pittsburgh area. We actually passed by the hotel twice. Valet parking was full because of the hour. Self park was a few blocks away, but difficult to locate because of the construction detours. The room was immaculate. Although... more

The Hilton is well located, right downtown, with a great view of the rivers. The room was nice, seemed newly redone. The service was fine, but I never felt they were making any particular effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. I didn't like that when we came back to the hotel at night after a ball game, there... more

This hotel is perfect for business travelers. It is located right at Point Park and near numerous restaurants. I took the free shuttle every day to and from where I was in meetings and never had to move my car from valet parking. I loved it! Beds were fantastic and the hotel was quiet. The rooms are small, as are... more

I wanted to be close enough to walk to PNC Park. This hotel was a great pick for that. Plus our room was great. Beautiful view. Spacious and well decorated. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was OK; clean, but not special. The free shuttle to downtown sites was a bonus. more

First, I should start off by saying that we booked this hotel not knowing that the summer art festival was happening right across the street from the hotel. We also booked it not knowing that there would be a city of champions parade on the morning we were to leave. It was SO BUSY. The dining staff at the hotel... more

Every June I make the trip to Pittsburgh for the Three Rivers Arts Festival. This is the only hotel I stay at since it is in the heart of everything. I have never had a bad stay at this hotel. As usual I arrived 2-3 hours before check-in and was given a room immediately. The room on the 15th floor... more

After reading so many negative trip advisor comments, we were reluctant to stay at this property, but as it was the only vacancy available, there we were! It was Three Rivers Art Fair time, and this hotel is located directly at the Point State Park. We were overall very pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, room very newly renovated, and... more

I had the opportunity to stay here for three nights in May and was very pleased with the experience. The entire stay was delightful and I would recommend the Pittsburgh Hilton to anyone. Staff: I had an early flight into town and got to the hotel many hours before check in, but the woman who helped me was able to... more
