My husband and I love to stay at the Priory. The rooms are clean and quiet and tastefully decorated. Take advantage of their wonderful shuttle driver, Henry. He knows all about Pitsburgh and he will take you wherever you need to go. The staff will handle all of your needs with a smile. Such a nice alternative to the big... More

We stayed for one night and had a pleasant experience. I liked the way they converted the building into a boutique hotel. The service was good and reception clerk was helpful. Their breakfast was slightly different compared to the other American hotels as they served a variety of cold sausages and ham with the usual bread and cereals. Parking is... More

A last minute reservation due to a sudden emergency trip to Pittsburgh was made so much more comfortable with the warm, caring staff of the Priory Hotel. The room was clean with pleasant ammenities, the bar and quaint restaurant was delicious. The staff called all guests by their first names. They have mostly repeat customers. Free shuttle around town a... More

Concerned at first but more than pleasantly surprised. Wonderful staff from front desk to shuttle service to bar, awesome building with old world charm and class, and close to many places; especially PNC Park. Seven or eight minute walk to the park and while we were worried about the neighbourhood we never found it a problem and walked home from... More

My husband found this unique & historic hotel during his first visit to PGH last year, and enjoyed his stay so much that he booked it again when business brought him back to the area. Luckily, I could tag along this time. We wanted to express our sincere thanks to the very accommodating staff at the Priory. The hotel and... More

My nephew & his new bride had their wedding & reception at the Priory. It was a beautiful occasion with outstanding service & food. Our stay in the hotel was not good at all. I paid for suite for 2 nights and 2 double rooms for 1 night. The suite was wonderful for my son & his family. 1 double... More

I'm pleased that this guest/client had a good experience with our catering staff, but I do offer my apologies regarding any problems with our hotel. We do take pride in offering our guests a quiet and comfortable respite, and it appears that we did not live up to that standard in this instance. We do apologize for this, and hope... More

My & wife and I were impressed with the Priory after we found it. We very SO very impressed & pleased after our one night stay. The mixture of old (antique) & new (technology) was greatly handled inside our room. The original room fixtures entwined with the current technology was almost seamless. From the front desk staff, to the concierge... More

We were so pleased with our stay at the Priory for a little birthday getaway. As an architectural historian, I can fully appreciate the care and expense that went into the restoration of this building. Thank you for keeping so much of the original building intact as you converted it to great hotel space. We enjoyed our cocktails at the bar... More

Twenty-five years ago, we spent our wedding night at this charming boutique hotel. It has since expanded, and is as lovely as ever. We had a queen bed room with a small bath (toilet and shower). The sink was in an alcove of the bedroom. Everything was well-kept and clean, and the room nicely appointed. There was a small table,... More

Had a wonderful stay at the Priory for a girls night out this week....Hotel was beautiful and rooms were luxurious. Friendly shuttle driver (Henry!) took us to a yummy dinner in the city, then drinks in the Monks Bar. Everyone there was great and fun was had by all! Complimentary breakfast in a quiet dining room was sooo relaxing....
