This is a historic hotel with great amenities. Nice comfortable room with large closet. The shower is small and so is the sink, so would be hesitant for the really long stay, but the room was clean, the tv worked beautifully (which I have not had recently in other properties), the staff is soooo nice! Good shuttle service and they... More

We booked this hotel a while back and when we arrived we loved it ! We were happy with the location. Parking and checking in was great. The shuttle service is fantastic . They recommended a great restaurant and we loved it. Except for the green food dye in my green curry, at the restaurant, they were right on target.... More

We stayed here for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. Lovely rooms, historic building and great staff. European style breakfast with cold meats and cheese. Pastries were wonderful. Shuttle service much appreciated and the lovely sitting area near the lobby was charming. Courtyard at the back very nice on a hot day.

I stayed here for two nights on a weekend visit. I love historic and smaller and this hotel fits the bill. It is lovely and the shuttle service to downtown is great. Nice breakfast - reminds me of Europe.

We spent overnight here after a conference. What a treat! We thought the renovation was beautiful, while still being respectful of the historic building. The shuttle driver was especially amicable and chauffeured us to a great local German restaurant that they recommended. It was very nice to relax after a day of driving and not have to navigate more traffic.... More

My husband and I stayed here for our first wedding anniversary and we absolutely loved it! It is far more charming than your typical corporate hotel. The neighborhood was very nice and the staff were incredibly helpful. We especially loved going to Monk's bar (located in the lobby) for a few drinks. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would... I always thought of myself as someone who loves old charm and character, but for some reason, I just didn't click with The Priory. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the breakfast was great. The room, however, was lacking. I thought that it had a very strong odor of stale cigarette smoke. My boyfriend though that the smell... More

My wife and I are walkers, we parked our car on a Thursday evening and returned to it Sunday morning. We had a wonderful time checking in at the hotel bar each evening, Nicky makes many tasty drinks. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed our breakfasts. We walked to the rivers, to the Warhol, to a Friday night Pirates... More

We were looking for a place to stay in downtown Pittsburgh that wasn't the usual downtown chain and we discovered the Priory. It was a real bargain so we were a little skeptical, but it turned out great. The hotel is in a historic building but updated for today's traveler. The hotel is ADA accessible, the room was plenty large... More

Me and my partner were in town for business and decided to make reservations at the Priory. Its a great hotel in a historic set of building that used to be a Priory...hence the name. The room was good but a little chilly. the shower was barely big enough for one person. But these are minor inconveniences when you are... More
