Our room was on the 2nd floor. This hotel is a hidden gem. It has about 42 guest rooms. The rooms are a nice size. The room had a small frig in it as well as an ironingboard, TV, and a shower. Included in the cost of the room was parking, breakfast, and a shuttle to drive you to local... More

Wonderful historic building. Rooms were good sized with high ceilings and well appointed . The is a outdoor space/ patio/garden that is tranquil and inviting place to relax and have cocktails . The shuttle made it easy ( and made the neighborhood less of any worry ) and parking was free!

The hotel has authentic historic character that separates it from all the same-same modern hotels. My room was spacious and elegant, with room enough for a nice sitting chair as well as a desk and chair. Looked out on a pretty, leafy backyard of one of the other old brownstones in what is a mostly residential, quiet neighborhood. Nice breakfast... More

Having stayed in the Priory last weekend, the sign in document required an initial on some conditions of your stay, including the usual no smoking (very common and reasonable) but also a condition banning any alcohol from the premises and in your own ROOM that wasn't purchased on the property. Now, not being able to pop a wine in one's... More

We had been to The Priory a few years back and remembered it fondly. It is a beautiful inn with many lovely spaces and an excellent shuttle service. We were in room 202 and noticed a very strong cigarette smell in the hall when we arrived. On returning to our room after dinner, we noticed the smell not only in... More

WE stayed at the Prior for one night when we were in town for a Pittsburgh Pirates game. The staff at the Priory were very friendly and helpful. We asked for lunch suggestions within walking distance of the hotel and were given three. A short walk away we chose a German restaurant that was very authentic and the food was... More

My husband and I stayed at the Priory Hotel during our visit to Pittsburgh. We had a great visit and this hotel is really a great place to stay. They not only have great rooms, but they serve and excellent breakfast. We also were able to use their shuttle service into the city. The drivers were really very helpful. We... More

Excellent little hotel. Small enough to be friendly and personal. Smallest bar in Penn. is by the front desk area. The Hotel is very nice and has been kept up well from it's origin as a monastery Our room was spacious and cool. Breakfast was good in the old eating area of the dorm. The shuttle got us to and... My wife and I stayed for 2 evenings in Room 302. The staff was pleasant and courteous. Our room was clean. The stay was quiet. There is a grocery store down the street. The walk to PNC Park was 17 minutes. The hotel is located within walking distance to many attractions. The Priory offers free shuttle service also. The breakfast... More

Hotel was super clean. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The bar was fun. Met some nice people and the drinks were good. The breakfast was nice. The meat and cheese assortment was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay again.
