Not the most trendy hotel I've ever stayed in, but comfortable and clean with everything I needed. Staff very nice. Good location, short walk to almost everything downtown. Good cookies! :) The service is nice, and we had a great view from our 18th floor room. However, it is located kind of far from most tourist attractions, but luckily, it is easy to take your car out of their valet parking garage. more

The check-in at the front desk was quick and easy - the staff was polite and gave us all warm chocolate chip cookies (note for allergic persons - the cookies have nuts!) to welcome us to the hotel. We recently stayed in this hotel for a volleyball tournament over Memorial Day weekend. Check in was quick and the employees were very nice. Hotel parking is under the hotel @ $24.00/day. Stayed one night for a concert at the Mellon Arena. Can honestly say that I do not think it would be possible to be closer to the arena.
