We're here at the Hyatt Place now in room 602 (King bed, shower - no tub). We've learned that this hotel was remodeled a couple of months ago: new carpeting, new paint, and furnishings. Stylish, comfortable, clean. Entrance to hotel somewhat difficult to find, as it's located behind a Hobby Lobby & Kohls. Nice free breakfast offerings, with hot selections.... More

I am not sure, but I could hardly sleep on the beds. The linens and comforters were worn out. It was cold and musty in the room even though I turned on the heat in the summer!. The bathrooms were s, so and not temperature controlled. Wonder what it would feel like in the winter. The location is good near... More

Paying discounted prices makes it ok. It's not a luxury hotel, but the location is really convenient. could use a good spring cleaning. Tried the bar food. Ok it will fill you up. Not notable on any scale.

From the minute we walked into the lobby we felt comfortable and welcomed. The staff was genuinely nice and seemed to care about us. From the lobby to our room, we were impressed. The bed was very comfortable and the room was huge. The only issue we had was our remotes' batteries were dead. This was just a minor inconvenience... More

I always appreciate when we get to stay right at the airport. This time was no different. We had pre checked in which was nice so when we arrived later in evening it was simple to get keys and head to room. Room was clean, beds comfortable. We had to leave VERY early (4am) and the express checkout was nice.... More

I chose thus hotel as it is close to my office. Everyone on the staff could not have been nicer - greeted you when you returned at the end of the day. I did not have a car so I used the hotel shuttle - driver was so nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great - good selection. I will definitely... More

We just stayed for six nights at the Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Airport while on business. We can't say enough good about it. The staff was really friendly and very helpful, and gave us a great orientation to services available. The facilities were in wonderful condition and very clean/quiet. The location is very convenient for getting to the downtown and to... More

We stayed three nights while in the Pittsburgh area. The staff was not friendly at all during check in and seemed perturbed that we were there to check in at 2:45 in the afternoon. They never told us anything about WiFi and there was nothing in the room to tell us what services they offered. That said, the rooms were... More

My son and I stayed here on a recent site-seeing visit to Pittsburgh. It is an easy drive to the city. The hotel staff was very nice. On check-in, they offered a brief tour to show us the layout and facilities. They were helpful with directions and suggestions about where to park in the city. They gave us information pages... More

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel two times in the past two years. The first time we got a handicapped accessible king room (which we didn't need), and the layout was very weird. The bed was super low and very uncomfortable. The second time we got a typical king room, and the bed was still very uncomfortable... More
