Great location in the middle of Oakland near University of Pittsburgh. Easy to get to from highway, with complimentary valet parking in the parking garage. On checkout, valet too the time to give us excellent driving directions. Staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Fitness room was small, but not crowded with people. more

Upon our arrival, the staff was pleasant and they were through our entire stay which was three nights. When I got to my room on the third floor, the door was hard to open because it looked like the trim had been painted over and over, so it was a little sticky getting in. The hotel was very close and within walking distance of the hospital but the hotels shuttle was convenient too. Very convienient to Universities, museums,hospitals. Staff is the best as they are so attnentive to your needs. Very honest staff.. lost money returned within minutes.. by valet.
