For the price paid it was a great room , The hotel is located right on the Bridge st. walking distance to everything. My room was a bit cold but the view was great overlooking the hustle and bustle of Bridge st.

We selected this hotel because of it's location (within walking distance to restaurants and shops in Phoenixville) and because of the price. The hotel itself was ok, for the price. The parking lot is very small, but we also made use of the city lot on the other side of the hotel, which is free on Sundays. The staff was... More

Our group of friends rented 3 rooms. Very limited parking on site (less than 10 spaces). Staff was not overly friendly, they also smoked inside the building (break/mechanical rooms) which lingered throughout the hallways. The rooms were clean, but very small, and the hotel was pretty dated. One of our rooms had a TV that was only about 18", while... More

The hotel staff was very friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, about the size of a cabin on a cruise ship. The hotel is very worn, I did not see any renovations being done, and I also didn't see an elevator, but we were on the first floor, so I'm not sure about that, For our visit this hotel... More

Wonderful front desk folks- answer questions , curteous. Motel is close to all the restaurants, including one in the basement. Parking cost money in thhe common lot which is often full. There are also about 5 parking spaces for guests in the hotel lot.

Right in the heart of a great downtown area. Rooms are a bit small but clean. Nice hotel without spending a ton of money. Very clean. Street noise was a bit loud along with other noise in building (lots of door slamming noise) Bass noise from cars outside. Biggest issue was our HVAC system kept stopping and cutting out, we... I stayed at the Mainstay Inn for one night, and for the great price I paid, the place was very good. The location is nice, quaint, and quirky with a neat view of the city from the second floor. The room was very clean, the air conditioner (once I worked out the quirks) was nice and cold, the bed was... More

We (wife and I) stayed here on our last overnight trip to the Philly area. The location was great being right on the main street of Phoenixville which is a charming little town. The room has free wifi which worked well, a TV and a small fridge but no coffee maker. There is free coffee and hot water for tea... More

This hotel is on the main street of Phoenixville, PA. A delightful small town with many top quality restaurants and bars. However, this was not the hotel to book. On the positive side our room was clean with quality bedding, a flat screen TV, and a recently remodeled bath and shower. On the not so positive side, one word SMALL.... More

My husband and I recently stayed at the Mainstay Inn and had a good time. It has a great location on Bridge Street, surrounded by many dining options. Staff was very friendly and helpful and let us store our bicycles for the night. Room was small but recently renovated and very clean, and included a minifridge, microwave, hair dryer. Coffee...
