Thank goodness we only stayed one night. Superficially this hotel looks fine but once you scratch the surface the problems begin. After checking in we found that the A/C did not work and maintenance was unable to repair it so we had to re-pack and move to another room. This room seemed okay at first until it began raining in... more

WE stayed here after driving from Wiliamsburg, VA and good location. We stayed here 2 nights. We love staying at Hampton Inns but this one was okay. Good value for money but no superior service except greeted at check-in with cookies! The staff wasn't friendly. The room toilet plugged up and we had to use a plunger but then it... more

We stayed here before heading to Washington DC. Very convenient to everything, there is a Bob Evans across the parking lot and a shopping center with a Target on the other side of the parking lot. Staff was very polite and welcoming and the breakfast in the morning was just fine. Room was nice and neat with a big, comfy... more

The hubbie and I belong to a motorcycling riding and touring association. It was our turn to host the state picnic and rally. We chose the Hampton Inn as our host hotel, because of the location. It was quite close to our picnic grounds. Our riding association had Chapters coming from as far south as Baltimore and from as far... more

We enjoyed a great stay at this hotel during our vacation. We chose the location after learning that the hotels in Philadelphia charge a 14% city tax along with extra charges for parking if they offer it. Many hotels do not have parking but can suggest lots nearby. As a Hilton Honors member I had wanted to stay at an... more

This hotel was great! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was large and had a nice assortment of toiletries. My daugthers swam in the pool twice, which was very clean and they had put out towels for guest use. There were a lot of kids in the hotel because of an area baseball tournament,... more

I've stayed in several Hampton Inns and find them to be a good deal for the money, and generally clean and well-run. This one wasn't! The room smelled bad, and the air conditioner/fan gave out a musty, mildewy odor (perhaps more, even - I have a bad cold now that I've returned home). Our shower was one of the types... more

WE just returned from a Wedding and Class Reunion and stayed at the Hampton Inn, abouta quarter of a mile from the Homewood Suites. We got a real good price under $100.00 and my brother got his room upgraded to a suite for the same price. There was a mix up and it got handled professionally. The area is just... more
