We arrived tired and sweaty on the first day of a bike trip. Leonora met us on her cool, shady porch with cold water and chocolate chip cookies. The inn was great, Leonora and family were excellent hosts, and breakfast was fabulous. Our only regret was that we were there on a Sunday night, the only night that Leonora does... More

Good and bad. Good first; Very nice and spacious rooms. The breakfast was good. The Bad; The proprietors were extreme pretentious. They claim to cater to bicyclists, but won't allow you in the dinning room without "long" pants. Now how many of you guys out there carry an extra set of Dockers in you pantiers? The Ugly--and it's really ugly.... More

Thanks for the good part of your review. As for the bad, you were aware beforehand of our restaurant dress policy. You chose not to have proper dress. If you would have printed directions from our website, you would not have had to climb that hill. Most people find that pizza joint, charming. Liquor laws in this state, I have no... More

We were welcomed by Lenora with cold drinks of our choice along with homemade chocolate chip cookies. Dinner in some sense met our expectations since we knew that Lenora was a culinary school graduate and it showed in the choice of dishes and the beautiful presentation. It wasn't cheap but it was good. Breakfast the next morning was also excellent.... More

As you drive through a rather unremarkable Perryopolis, it's doubtful such a grand Inn could exist there...but it does! Do not expect "Laurel Highland" surroundings, although they are within driving distance. Nothing in this uninspired neighborhood recommends this place; however, as you step inside this charming lady, you close the door on the current hustle and immerse yourself in a... More

What a great place to rest your weary GAP riding bones! On our way from Pittsburgh to Cumberland my wife and I were lucky enough to experience Lenora's down home family reception as we pulled up to register. Lenora met us on the front porch with a cool drink and some homemade cookies. Our room was perfect for our needs... More

Stayed during our GAP ride for just one night. Greeted with drinks and cookies and friendly conversation on the more than relaxing front porch (uphill climb to get there, but you forget about that as soon as you sit on the rocking chairs eating those delicious cookies and having a cold drink). Though we were the only guests at dinner... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night before departing for our GAP biking adventure. Our room was very comfortable, and we loved every minute of our stay! Lenora is the sweetest person and fantastic chef! We stayed at several B&Bs on our 5-day journey and Lenora's breakfast was the best of them all! Highly recommended! Nicole and Chris... More

Stayed July 2014 on inn to inn bike tour from Pittsburgh to Washington. Ideally situated up a modest climb from the GAP (Great Alegheny Passage) bike trail. Caution that cutoff from the GAP trail toward Perryopolis is not well marked and easily missed. Combination of lodging and dinner is ideal for tired cyclists who are not eager make outside dinner... We spent a couple of nights at Lenora's while on a trip to visit Fallingwater. Lenora and her husband were wonderful hosts, the room was very comfortable and large, and the breakfasts out on the porch were a delight. I highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

It felt like we were long-awaited family guests, and all of the preparations and delicious surprises were planned exclusively for us. Lenora was such a delightful conversationalist, I missed my opportunity to ask why she gave her place the name she did. "At Lenora's" suggests we were in her home, and it's the feeling our group of five received. Clean... More
