I knew we were in trouble as soon as we arrived. Front lobby door was locked with a note on door telling you to ring a door bell. Another couple was already standing there saying they've been waiting 5 minutes. We went for dinner and came back. Rang door bell and someone came. Checked in, went to room only to... More

Don't be fooled by the "Rodeway Inn" national chain affiliation. This place is in a great location in the middle of Amish Country, but once you enter the facility, you'll think you're in Calcutta. The hallways smell like a third world ghetto, and the room is only slightly better. You'll find ONE tiny bar of soap to share between the... More

Remote did not work and no microwave in the room. When I asked about the microwave the front desk asked me if I wanted one. Of course I did that's why I asked. She told me to give her 15 minutes while she hunted one down. I went back and inquired again because by this time we are starving. She... More

Upon arrival, the front office smelled of cigarettes, and incense. There were ashes from burnt incense all over the desk. As soon as we walked into the hallway, a strong smell of garbage hits you in the face! Thankfully the room itself didn't smell bad, but the toilet seat was broken through on one side, and you could tell it... More

Took my family to this nice little hotel and was greeted by a very nice welcoming man. I usually do not do reviews however this hotel is run by a husband and wife and we're so pleasant and kind I had to share. They gave fresh towels when asked and even directed us to an amazing buggy ride.we will for... More

The room was dirty, the walls are so thin you can hear someone burp in the unit next to you. Don't look up or around . You may throw up. Spend another 20 bucks and stay at a Holliday Inn or equal. The one good thing the location was very good.

Towels, wash cloths and bed linen were very worn. I assumed (hoped) they were clean, but they were so badly worn, it was hard to tell. Wifi did not work initially but after informing the front desk, they had someone go up into the ceiling towels to reboot it. Then it worked. A dis-assembled bed frame was leaning in the... More

My husband surprised me with a getaway near Lancaster PA. He booked this motel through Priceline, thinking he was getting a great deal. Wow, was he mistaken!! The lobby was filthy! A young boy was checking us in and said they didn't have the room we requesting but he would give us the largest room they had with a king... More

Stayed for 3 nights. No hot water the first day I checked in. Bed & Pillows very hard/flat/worn. All linens were stained (sheets/towels). The TV was the same TV I used to have in my room as a child, back in the early 90's. No housecleaning after the first night. Then when they did on the last day, it made... More
