My partner and I stayed with Eryn and Gene for 2 nights while attending a local party. Eryn was very accommodating of our unusual hours coming and going to the party. My cousins and I stayed at Hopewell Hill Farm last weekend, while we were visiting local relatives. It was a delightful experience. Eryn was immediately welcoming and made us feel at home. My girlfriend booked a stay here in late August so we could explore Longwood Gardens. Never having done a bead and breakfast before, we were not sure what to expect. What a wounderful place! Very easy arrangments with owner over the phone. Arrived on Halloween night. Owner was up waiting for us. She was kind and stayed around talking with us for a while.
