My husband and I have been coming to Hickory Bridge Farm since September 1997. We fell in love here and have been coming back ever since. This past year was a rough one, with my diagnosis of breast cancer. We came on New Years Eve to say good bye to 2014 and look forward to 2015. We are returning this... More

We returned to Hickory Bridge for our wedding anniversary weekend. We had eaten there 35 years prior. The cottage we stayed in was lovely and well appointed. Staff was very congenial and helpful and the grounds are beautifully managed. Dinner the first night was served amply with several entrees and sides served family style. The dining room is very homey... More

At the last minute, my husband and I decided to have dinner here and were able to get a last minute reservation. We had never been, but had heard about the restaurant and food. We live about 1 3/4 hours away and had a bit of confusion to the location when we got closer, but we found it. The food... More

Stayed 2 days in a cabin in the woods outside of Gettysburg. This is a great place to stay, if like us, you want to experience real country America and learn about a significant part of American history. Mary Lynn and her team looked after us really well in a really nice country style cottage. You MUST eat at the... More

Went here for the first time on New Years weekend 2000. Went for dinner. They gave us the best table which was a cozy table for two right next to the fire. The food was plentiful and all delicious. It just kept on coming. As this was the millennium, we brought a bottle of champagne and two Waterford crystal glasses... More

Was on bus tour that stopped for dinner, great atmosphere, excellent staff, family style dinner and plenty of food. The owner came on bus and introduced herself, her 90 year old father even helped out( bless his heart). Had a great time and would go again.

I have been staying at Hickory Bridge for about 25 years now, my wife and I consider it our get a way place. It's close to Gettysburg but far enough away that you don't have noise and crowds of the town. Hickory bridge has cozy cabins or the old farm house which you can stay. The cabins are nice for... My husband and I stayed here this past weekend in one of the little cottages along the creek. During our visit to the area, we got the best of both worlds: things to see and do during the day as we ventured into Gettysburg (a pleasant drive of about 9 miles) and peaceful nights and mornings at the Farm. We... More

We have been going to the Hickory Bridge Farm for dinner every time we get to Gettysburg; once a year for the past 15 to 20 years. We've been there as a couple and brought groups of ten. At each time we were more than pleased with our dinners. One reviewer stated that they keep bringing the food out and... More
