This motel caters to the white water rafting crowd of young men it would appear. There were lots of them around. We arrived on bikes hot and sweaty only to find out that we could not check in until 4 pm. It did not matter that we were exhausted after a 60 mile ride, nope- wait until 4 pm. Once... More

Pretty much as already reported here, this is a basic, no-frills operation. The room was spotless - I have no complaints there at all. I felt safe and it was comfortable. I had two relatively minor issues with it. One was no hair dryer. Having been caught in a thunderstorm on the trail I was disappointed to realize that I... More

I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but I had briefly looked into a B&B but a lot of them don't allow children and I knew we wanted to play in the river and would probably get back to our room dripping wet and didn't like the idea of doing that in a fancy place. We... More

I booked the hotel and rafting of the lower Yough together in a package. The hotel was in a great location- next to miniature golf, restaurants, bike rentals, and ice cream. It is also just one block from a local wine store. The river is a short walk down the street and the bicycle path is at the end of... More

This seems to be the only motel in Ohiopyle. I stayed there the night before a bike tour on the Great Allegheny Passage and C&O Canal Trail, during the busiest weekend of the year. It was very no frills for the price, $115. Of course, you are paying for location, because you can walk everywhere - including to the trail... More

We spent $115 for three people in April 2013. We had the first tour at Fallingwater and this hotel made that easy. If you know what you are paying for - location - you won't be disappointed. Do not expect any amenities. As the name implies, there are no internal halls. This is a very basic motel.

This place can improve they got potential, the second i walked in for checking in i felt i was just another dollar sign. The rooms are big and the beds are great but the customer service that i was looking for was not found. I really think though with a few improvements this hotel can be one of the bests

Very basic room, clean with no extras or modcons. No breakfast or food onsite but meals and pub were available a short walk away. No pool. Efficient and friendly check in process. Close to beautiful natural areas and Fallingwater. Lovely village.

I do believe Daniel Boone slept here. The room was clean, but the screen door would not close and for the money, there could have been a coffee pot in the room. A very basic room with the ac at the top of the wall even standing on the chair could not see the setting.

This is a bare bones motel appropriate for rafters, kayakers, and others who are not finicky about accommodations. Too pricey but convenient to the local activities. I would probably stay there again, but would do a little more research before I did.
