My wife surprised me for our 25th anniversary with a night at the historic Grape Arbor. Couldn't have been better! We were greeted with a tray of fruit and cheese and other goodies and a bottle of wine (all arranged specially). We had the wonderful Cabernet Suite with a nice sitting room with two couches and TV, a giant bedroom... More

We have stayed at many varied B&B all over the world from luxury to a small home that recently had a fire and this was by far one of the worst places we have stayed. The hostess hardly greeted us other than to tell us where everything was and show us the room. She made us feel as though we... More

We recently enjoyed a two night stay at the Grape Arbor B&B with our hostess and proprietor, Peggy. We stayed in the Chancellor Suite with was amazingly spacious. Two full size rooms with a separate large bath. Furnishing were tasteful and the bed was quite comfortable. There is a small mini fridge stocked with water and soda which is complimentary.... More

Very nice accommodations and wonderful breakfast. The hostess is very friendly and supplied guests with beverages and homemade cookies. Very clean. Restaurants within walking distance. Our room had it's own entrance which made it convenient.

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night and had a pleasant stay. Our room was on the first floor and had a door that opened on to a patio. Unfortunately, we couldn't open the door to get some fresh air because of the lack of a screen door. When we tried to open it, the local cats would... More

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay! The age and historic character of the house (1832) as well as the gusty winds in the area make the installation of screen doors impractical. As the existing TV's in the rooms break, they have been replaced with flat screens--they are in half the rooms now! More

My wife and I have been visiting this B&B for years. North East wine country has become a nice home away from home when trying to escape busy city life, and more often than not we stay here when visiting. It's located close to a lot of wineries, a 40 minute drive from Southern Tier brewery, and walking distance from... More

Only minutes away from multiple wineries both in PA and NY. We stayed in the Merlot suite for 2 nights. The suite is on the second floor of a large house just next door to the main B&B. So for breakfast we needed to walk next door. We had a sitting room, bed room and bath room plus our own... More

I need three things in a hotel or in this case a B&B, CLEAN Room, a good bed, and a decent TV which is my way of relaxing. It was pretty clean the bed was poor and the TV was very poor. You must be a cat lover to stay here and be willing to share your table with a... More

We are so sorry that your experience was not the best! We do our best to keep rooms clean and updated, but you will find the bed and breakfast experience different from a chain hotel. Our cats are a part of our family, and they are outdoors most of the time. During the time of your stay, we did notice... More

Our room ( the Reisling room) was actually more like a suite. We had a small sitting room, nice-sized bedroom and very large bathroom. Decor was Victorian in feel, which I love. The breakfast was sumptuous: peach crumb muffins, yeast rolls with preserves, and a choice of fruited French toast or quiche. The are a few opportunities for slight improvement:... More

We stayed in the Cabernet suite. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was very large. We noticed ear plugs on the night stand when we came in. As soon as we went to bed, we realized why they were there. The wood floors in the room above made it sound like tap dancers above you. Otherwise, a... More
