Here's a short list of places that are better to sleep in than the room I was at in the America's Best Value Inn on Main St: My car. An active volcano. An iron maiden. The sidewalk. An inner tube floating in a tank of frenzied sharks. That canyon that James Franco got trapped in and had to saw his... More

First, king of Prussia is a very short distance, with a few hotels priced nearly the same as this one. People live here, sell drugs here, prostitute here, and it's basically a seedy spot in a seedy town so don't expect much. The rooms are half decent and no hotel is ever going to REALLY have clean carpeting. But the... More

Unless you're a hopeless alcoholic,a crack head or just plain psychotic- you want to stay someplace else. But on the plus side if you enjoy the company of AIDS infected junkies or don't have any money to eat with your in luck. The cocaine prostitutes are abundant and many live right there in the motel itself. Soup kitchens are in... More

The parking area for this motel is rather cramped. Apparently you have to "re-activate" your key every day, for instance, I was there for 3 nights, and everyday after I left my room in the a.m. and came back to it at night, r he key would not work and I had to come back to the front desk to... This hotel should not even be listed. Its in a very bad part of town. The windows do not lock and I felt unsafe walking on the property. I checked in and after seeing two different rooms that were less than bad I told the hotel I could not stay there. They refunded my money but took three days to... More

Room was TOO small for 2 double beds. There was only inches between the bed and the bathroom wall - making it difficult to get to the bathroom. The electric baseboard heat did not work. There was an electric heater in the room that did take the chill off the room. We were not comfortable leaving it on all night.... More

The motel is in the bad area, and people are live in the motel. Most of them are drug users and alcoholic, and they are loud. The motel is cheap but isn't worth it. The room was almost clean but the bathroom was dirty. I don't recommend

Front desk was behind glass. Clerks were very friendly. It is a motel with doors opening up to a very unsavory neighborhood. Several people in the rooms around us were loud and drunk, one even fell down the stairs right outside my room. Terrified! The room and bathroom were very clean but the double bed made for very tight walking... More

Very small room, if i spread my arm wide it will cover 90% of the room (match box size) very basic amenities. Please stay away, never felt safe for my truck and my equipment were missing next day (my gut said to walk away should have listened).
