We had a good shady site in 400 area for rv. Trash all around. Someone needs to pick up trash. Lower pool needs liner painted as looks crappy. Store is crappy. Employees are very nice. Bath house at dance house is dirty and really stinks. For cost we paid should be kept up better.

It has been about 5 years since our last visit to Spring Gulch. We used to come here annually for many years but started exploring other places. Spring Gulch is one of our all time favorite campgrounds. We always camped in the 600 section because it was between the brook and the fishing pond and my 5 children were never... More

We hadn't been to spring gulch for about 4 years. Our family decided to go. 2 tent sites, 1 cottage.all reserved seperately online. I called to confirm and was told 2013 prices were still online and they needed to charged us from $96 to $102 In which we had booked. We checked in and were told we had to pay... More

We rented the Country House for a week, and we were disgusted. There was black mold all over the bathroom and the furniture was so filthy and stained that we had to buy sheets to sit on it. The entire place smelled horribly and we actually had to spend our first day bleaching and sanitizing just to feel semi-comfortable in... More

Clean campground, clean sites. Only problem is if you don't stay in a premium site up on the mountain you get a small cramped site. I literally can sit in my chair ON my carpet outside and turn my neighbors water off if they need me to. Now for the next 3 days I get to constantly tell my kids... More

Reserved a site, only to find out it was too small for our needs. Went back to the office, and they gave me a list of sites still available for the July 4th weekend. We looked several over, but we ended up picking site 807. It is on a hillside, facing the swimming pond, and it is only 50 ft.higher... More

I was very upset with my week stay. At first we scheduled a mobile site at spring gulch but when we got there and they said that they recently gave it out to someone that wanted monthly. We were upset that they gave us a lodge it smelled horrible and broken. My mom was in tears and we went back... More

The campground was very centrally located for what we had planned in Lancaster. We stayed in the Country House that sleeps 10. Had plenty of room. We were disappointed that there was no TV reception available yet for the house. The description claims dish washer but it was broken and unsure when it is to be replaced. There are not... More

I'm going to give you the pros and cons of this campground as this was our first time visiting Spring Gulch. We came on a friends recommendation so we weren't sure what to expect. It had some nice features and some things that could definitely use improvement. We brought our 8 year old son along and I will say he... More

Let ne start off with the positive attributes. This is a really nice campground. The campground roads were fairly wide, and we had no problems maneuvering our 37ft motorhome. We stayed in the upper portion in the back. Our site was generously sized and very level, and heavily wooded, which we like. There were a decent amount of trees and... More
