Our first bed and breakfast! The Braeburn Room was cozy and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the sitting room. My husband, who normally would never consider a bed and breakfast, could not stop complimenting every aspect of our stay. It was a winner! More

We spent 2 days at Harvest Moon between Christmas and New Years and we had a wonderful time. My husband and I had been there 8 years ago and returned this time with my parents. Upon arrival we had the choice to change rooms to be next to each other. The house had lovely Christmas decoration. The highlight were the... More

We stayed in the Braeburn Room. It consists of the bedroom with king bed. You then go up the stairs to what I call the living room. It was larger than many I have been in. The bathroom is also located off of this room. This unit had more room than you could imagine. The only downside would be the... More

We came to the Harvest Moon B&B for our honeymoon five years ago in 2006. We decided to return for our fifth anniversary. Our return experience was even better than we remember! Carl, the owner and chef, is an amazing host! He not only provides an amazing breakfast, complete with a wonderful fresh fruit spread, but he has great suggestions... More

If it were just about the food, that would be reason enough to keep going to the Harvest Moon. It is unfair to the rest of the world for a limited number of people to benefit from Carl's talent and creativity in the kitchen. These are also among the most inviting and personable people we know. Tips on the surrounding... More

Bed comfortable. A little noisy from the window facing main road, but we closed the window and used AC and were fine. 30 minute drive from Lancaster. Highlight surely the great breakfasts lovingly prepared for the 6 or 8 guests by Carl and Innkeeper/chef. Would stay here again More

As independent travellers from the UK we stayed for 3 nights in this B+B whilst visiting Lancaster County. We stayed in the Gala room which is well appointed on 2 levels with a small balcony area as well. The room is quaint with lots of character and the bathroom is large. There are some stairs which may not be suitable... More
