Let me start by saying that we booked about one day prior to going to a concert in Hershey on July 6. We had three rooms, and three adults with four children under the age of 10. Two rooms were queen bedded (rooms 53 and 56) at $109 per room, per night. And one room was king bedded (room 33)... More

Stayed here because it was the closest place we could find to Hershey for the July 4th concert. The outside of the property was beautifully landscaped & well taken care of, but the inside was another matter. The room was clean but in poor shape. Outdated & dingy. Some of the issues we had: Because the inn was booked at... More

Beware of the pictures that are online on this hotel's website, they are misleading. We are Choice Hotel members and have stayed in many Quality Inns. This was the worst we have stayed in! There was a big hairball on the carpet, coffee or pop stains on the wall and the paint was peeling off of the door. The room... More

Where too begin. Every piece of wall paper in room was peeling, carpet was stained, bath tub showed rust around it, there were cobwebs, no running cold water in the sink, furniture is old, marred and you could find better at a yard sale. Had to laugh that the bed did not fit the headboard loosely attached to the wall.... More

The staff try to be helpful but they don't know how to use Quality Inn's computer system. They charged my credit card three times. One was correct, one error finally cleared off the card and I am still waiting on the last one to clear. I had to call Choice Hotels to get them to admit they even charged the... More

My son and i needed a hotel for his weekend Tournament and this hotel fit our needs all the way. The beds were a little hard but most hotels are. The stay was quite, in town, and close to the ball fields. Hotel personnel were very nice and helpful with places to eat or go. The next time we are... More

Staff to busy watching game shows to care about you. Room dirty and smelled terrible ! Not offered any other accommodations after traveling 5 hours. Had my husband's 50th surprise birthday party there 02/23/13. The staff was very attentive and helpful to our every need and the food was superb! The Isaac Meyer room was furnished and decorated in the Victorian era which made the atmosphere very elegant. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a small get-together. Very private and virtually no... More

Dirty rooms as well as public areas such that extremely low wattage bulbs, provided in all light fixtures, couldn't hide the terrible need for refurbishment. Carpet had huge terrible stains in hallways. For this we paid $ 80.00. Use the Holiday Inn express in Lebanon, Pa as possible alternative. On the positive side no bedbugs were sighted and the staff... More
