The hotel is well maintained, clean, quiet & comfortable. Close to the Morgantown exit of the PA Turnpike. On the edge of PA Dutch area and near Adamstown which is well known for antiques. The hotel is "pet friendly" although there is an additional charge. I made the reservation through the Holiday Inn reservation phone number. I told the reservationist... more

Hotel is old, but they offer "Executive Level" rooms (for an additional charge) that have been renovated. We were glad to pay a little extra for a renovated room. Judging by the large number of semi trucks at the hotel each night, the hotel apparently caters to trucking companies. Smoking is permitted in the bar which is in the open... more

Stayed here for 4 nights for a wedding. This is a great hotel overall - rooms were very clean, well decorated, fresh, and very roomy. The hotel also has free Wi-fi, which is a definite plus. The pool and jacuzzis are wonderful, but they close way too early (10p.m.) and are in the middle of the lobby (no privacy). The... more

This hotel was very nice. We stayed for one night on Saturday, May 3 and were impressed. We were in a king room on the fourth floor. The bedding was comfortable, the room was clean, and the people at the desk were great to deal with. In the room (possibly because this considered as being an executive king) was a... more

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. The lobby was very clean and inviting. The pool was right in the lobby, which was a bit weird, but it wasn't bad. The rooms were great. We stayed on the 4th floor (Executive Level). Very spacious, incredibly clean. I was really happy with our stay. One complaint though ... they don't serve... more

When I walked in I was really surprised to find the swimming pool inside the lobby, this I have never seen before! The whole area looked a bit old fashioned and out-dated. The girl at the reception wasn’t very forthcoming. We had a hotel coupon and there was a room available. However to have a refrigerator would cost 10 dollars... more

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this hotel. The hotel staff was very nice and the rooms are large. Our kids loved the pool, and the hot tubs were in good working order, though my wife complained that the pool was too cold. The hotel is fairly convenient to many local attractions, including the Reading outlets, the Amish country,... more

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding night, as well as several of our out of town guests after our wedding. We were all pleased with the hotel's service, the comfortable rooms and the overall value at the Holiday Inn. It has recently had an overhaul renovation, so if you stayed here a few years ago and hated... more

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Morganstown for baseball tournaments in August. When we first walked in the hotel, the area felt musty or humid. I think it was because the pool located in the middle of the lobby. The room was clean and large, but definitely dark, which I did not like. The beds was a bit soft... more

My wife and I stayed here and were very happy with the large room and the indoor pool. I needed directions to the Bucca De Beppo restaurant in Reading and the front desk person called her mother to get us the info. more
