Really good stay, arranged over the phone on the day of arrival. Chris very accommodating despite short notice. Stayed first night on first floor; clean, comfortable, spacious room. Second and third nights in basement flat, quite luxurious and excellent value for the price. Good location for the beach, theatre and Coast path.

This place is perfect for the west cornwall holiday. Stayed overnight for minack theatre and Land's end. Mr. Chris is very accomodating. Clean room, neat t&b and great home setup. Downside though, other occupants are so insensitive, not minding those who wanted to take their rest, banging the doors, loitering at late hours. You can hear the noise from the kitchen to... More

This B&B is close to the south west coast path, so no extra miles to walk at the end of the day. Our host, Chris, wasn't there when we arrived (after 4pm) so we were left to find our own room in the empty house. Chris is also a builder so running the B&B is not his only business and... More

Stayed for one night while walking the South West Coast Path. The shower was far too powerful which is about the first thing we were told about. Room was big with a nice sea view. Breakfast OK but it was assumed you were having a full English. Fluffy towels. Short walk from the beach and other attractions.

I have not long returned home from a 2 night stay at Rockridge House. Chris was friendly and welcoming. After showing us to our room,we enquired to whether there was a pub or restaurant nearby. Chris organised a taxi and had a table booked ready for us at the Logan's rock pub in Treen, a 10 minute taxi journey, the... More

stayed for one night as had a gig at the Minack - perfect position for the lovely Porthcurno cove, pub and theatre itself. Accommodation was lovely - spotless and had a great view! Chris was great - had lovely chat over a fab breakfast! will definitely return

Stayed here while walking the coastal path. Excellent room and bathroom. Breakfast was cooked to order, from a huge choice and set us up for the next days walking. As we didn't fancy eating in the local pub, Chris arranged for a taxi and a table at the Logan a Rock in the next village. Great food.

Maybe we caught Chris on a bad day, but unlike other reviewers we found him to be most unwelcoming. The room was airy and spacious, but the towel rail in the bathroom was very dusty and there were at least 4 containers of almost finished shower gel in the shower, as if previous guests had left them there. The liquid... More

What a welcome break this was after 14 hard miles from Pendeen Watch! Nice airy room with lovely en-suite and a superb English breakfast! If you are planning an SWCP trip out then speak to Chris - he's very knowledgeable and a great host! :-) Matt and Em.

I certainly recommend Rockridge when staying in Porthcurno. Just a short walk to the coastal path, telegraph museum and the - must see - Minack Theatre My room was spacious, lots of storage and a great breakfast set me up for the walk ahead. Chris, the host, arranged for supper on the night of stay at The Logan Rock. it's... More
