The bathroom was dirty and the tub was clogged and did not drain. Woman at counter said there was nothing she could do since she was the only staff on duty. She moved us to a one bed room from the two bed. That bath wasn't cleaned after first day. We wanted to stay there because they had a little... More

Stayed here twice this month while visiting U. Pittsburgh. Pro's are free parking, adjacent to Sheetz for gas, clean rooms, and large inviting lobby lounge area. Con is that it's anywhere from 20 min to an hour to UP depending on time of day and traffic. Make sure to ask for a room away from the elevator. First stay was... More

Adjoining and interconnected rooms as requested. Our 4pm check-in was friendly and prompt -- the pair of rooms they'd planned to give us was unavailable but they immediately found us another pair of rooms which were very nice.

The hotel is located close to William Penn Highway, but it's really hard to see it when you come from Pittsburgh, so we had to do some "sightseeing" before finding the exit to the hotel. Once we found it the experience was generally good. The receptionist was very friendly, rooms were spacious and clean, and the heating/aircon in the rooms... More

Pros: The room was large (large enough that 2 adults and 2 teenagers had plenty of room to spread out) and very clean. The hotel is very close to a Sheetz and a stop light. Very courteous and pleasant desk attendants. Cons: If you're not sure where to look, the hotel is easily missed traveling from East to West. The... More

I have stayed at all the local hotels, and this is the best. It is professionally run, super clean, service-oriented, usually quiet (relative to the other other options), and well maintained. I highly recommend even if there is no free breakfast. We stay here at least 6 times a year.

This place is difficult to find and turn into. While the hotel itself was clean the rooms are large the noise factor kills it. Very noisy there seemed to be a low frequency noise coming from the room all night long. Their little bistro hardly qualifies as a restaurant, it also doubles as a lounge with limited drinks.

Thank you for taking the time to rate our hotel. My apologies for the difficulty in finding us and the noise that seemed to last all night. I'm glad that you liked the size and freshness of the rooms. We look forward to seeing you again soon. More

I booked this online. My 3 requirements are free parking, free internet and free breakfast. I screwed up as this place doesn't have free breakfast. Really a shame as it would be a really nice place and competition with the Hampton right down the street at a similar price. There's really no reason to stay here over the Hampton. Rooms... More

As a Marriott Rewards member, I'm always surprised at how little you get in value from this brand of the company. Something as inexpensive as coffee in the lobby in the morning would go a long way to improving the experience, but no, they want you to buy Starbucks at their little breakfast stand. No thanks!! My son made the... More

Located along William Penn Highway, about 14 miles outside Pittsburgh proper. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and beds were great. Lobby area very pretty and welcoming. Many restaurants and great shopping in the area. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others. They did not have a free breakfast.
