Like many reviewers, I was here to visit Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob. I was greeted warmly upon my arrival, after a long day of driving, and enjoyed the cookies and hot water for tea or coffee for a quick pick-me-up. Rooms are on the small side, but still have a couple of chairs and luggage stand and place to hang... more

We stayed at the B and B on October 17th and had a wonderful time. We had toured Fallingwater and the B and B is about 5 minutes away. The colors were gorgeous this time of year and the rooms were very comfortable. We had been in Washington DC at the Hyatt and the comfort of the the home and... more

We had booked two rooms at the Inn for ourselves and our kids for one night. One of the kid fell sick the day before with flu and we had to cancel our trip to Fallingwater. The owners managed to rebook only one of the 2 rooms but decided not to charge us even though the reservation policy clearly asks... more

A delightful place to stay - very convenient to Falling Water and Kentuck Knob. The hosts are very gracious and helpful, but not intrusive. Hummingbirds and finches are in evidence around the veranda. Breakfast were tasty and filling. The Spragues are very organized, and were able to tell us how to get to a number of restaurants in the area.... more

Liberty and Jim are excellent innkeepers tending to many details that are often overlooked in other B & B's. The entire inn is immaculately clean...breakfast is delicious and plentiful...tea, coffee and homemade treats are available each evening...each room comes with two bottled waters and mints...and the innkeepers are more than helpful with answering your questions about the area...AND they accomodate... more

We stayed at this B&B on our visit to Fallingwaters and Kentuck Knob. The owners were very kind - and helpful when needed. And our room was super clean - which is always a big selling feature for me. The porch outside was lovely - a nice place to relax and read. Breakfast was plain but sustaining - the cookies... more

Typically, we prefer doily-free B&Bs, but location was my husband's main goal for the pilgrimage of all pilgrimages to Fallingwater and it didn't disappoint. It took us just a few minutes to drive the 4 miles south to Fallingwater (and a few more south of FW to Kentuck Knob), and we even arrived early for our 8:45pm In-Depth tour. Liberty... more

My husband and I drove out to Mill Run with three friends to see Falling Water and had booked the nearest lodging. What a fantastic treat to discover such a wonderful B&B. Three of us shared one room (with private bath) and were very comfortable. The owners, Jim and Liberty were welcoming, helpful and yet discrete. We felt welcomed to... more

My husband & I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary with a visit to Falling Water and Kentuck Knob over Memorial Day week-end. We stayed at the delightful Country Seasons Bed & Breakfast that I found by chance on the internet. Our summer room was very clean and comfortable. Libby and Jim were excellent hosts and very welcoming. Tea and homemade... more

On the spur of the moment we decided to skip the conventional Memorial Day activities at the beach and visit Fallingwater. Using Trip Advisor we selected Country Seasons B&B and were not disappointed. We were warmly greeted by Libby and Jim who run a beautifully renovated B&B just three miles from Fallingwater. The room was nicely appointed and spotlessly clean.... more
