Charming place to stay and central to many attractions in the area. We took my dad on a road trip and it was so convenient staying in the adjoining York and PA rooms. The breakfasts were lovely every morning and like other reviewers, we loved Barbara's baked oatmeal! In addition to the fantastic hot breakfasts, we were treated to fresh... More

Our time at the Colonial Crossroads B/B was wonderful! Our hosts, Ed and Barb Gordon, and their dog, Flash, have made a 1790 Stone Tavern into a jewel of a bed and breakfast. The 21st century amenities include WIFI and air conditioning and wonderful bathrooms!! Barb's breakfasts are filling, yet rememiscent of what one could have had in colonial times.... More

Beautiful B & B. Really a little gem for the area. The grounds around the home are beautiful and very well maintained. The home is quaint and very well accessorized. Barbara and Ed are very proud of their home and it shows. The breakfasts were excellent and it was nice to have snacks in the dining area and bedroom. The... More

Ed & Barn have thought of everything for you. I am a light sleeper and there were earplugs on the nightstand! So many considerations have gone into making guests comfortable. Beautiful home. We went kayaking for a peaceful morning get away. Enjoy!

The accommodations where ok. However the service was poor and they double charged me. I gave them a check for the second night, then they charged my credit card for the second night. When I called I was meet with a lot of vulgarities and unpleasantries. Furthermore he said he was going to take his slow sweet timeline refunding the... More

My husband and I stayed for two nights recently and once again found Colonial Crossroads to be a lovely B&B. The baked oatmeal is my favorite breakfast! I would definitely recommend Colonial Crossroads if looking for a place close to Messiah College.

A great step back in history. Upon entering, Barbara provides a historical account of the building. Dining in the breakfast room on pewter plates in front of the open hearth was lovely. Food was delicious including the treats in the kitchen area and bedroom. Check out their colonial style garden near the parking area. The grounds are beautiful and well... More

This is a wonderful B and B. Spacious rooms in a gorgeous colonial era building, on beautiful grounds. The breakfast was delicious and generous, and the hosts are very lovely people. The place is large enough that you have great privacy, but there are also nice common areas if you feel like socializing. And the rates are very reasonable for... More

Barbara and Ed are great hosts and very personable folk. The building is full of character with fascinating relics from the past and was a joy to stay in - just feeling the history. Barbara is happy to share her delightful recipes and a superb breakfast was served up each morning. Would recommend to anyone staying in this area. You... More

This is a wonderful place to stay. The owners are welcoming and gracious hosts who will help you with whatever you need. The room was an excellent mix of modern (flat screen, 6ft whirlpool tub) and historic (4-poster bed, writing desk, decor). Breakfast by the fireplace was delicious and relaxing. I would definitely recommend Colonial Crossroads B & B to... More
