This is a brand that I usually find reliable, with large rooms and reasonable rates, the only tradeoff is that the promised housekeeping service is "light", with just a room freshening daily rather than a full cleaning (and on Saturday and Sunday you have to ask for that). An excellent stay for us thanks to the friendly helpfulness of the check-in staff. We got an upgrade to a larger room thanks to Larry or Lenny if I remember correctly. The room was HUGE ! This seems like it would be a nice hotel. However my experience was limited to being bumped to a neighboring hotel at 8:30pm despite my having a confirmed reservation. Yes the clerk was nice and yes they gave me a complimentary stay at the neighboring hotel, but the neighboring hotel (see my review under Homestead Suites) was awful. more
