We had the pleasure of staying in the Tea Rose Suite which was a two room multi-level suite in the back of the house. The room was amazingly roomy and inviting. The breakfast was served in a family style set up in the morning room. Everything was great and Lititz PA is beautiful.

Not many bed and breakfasts can accomodate disabled travelers. We were very happy with our stay at the Alden House. My husband is permanently in a wheel chair so we travel with his Hoyer lift and lots of supplies. The carriage house was perfect for us. The owners moved the bed and removed the box spring so that I could... More

this is a very well run B & B. Exceptionally clean, the owners are considerate, the room furnished with taste and the location excellent. Two minor things that prevented from being rate are the pillows are the most uncomfortable I've had to sleep on and the breakfast is just adequate and not great. Other than these two minor things I... More

We seem to have chosen a weekend when the house was filled to capacity. We were in the Joshua Room. Although the house is clean and charming, the squeaky floor boards in the room above us, kept us up until the guests in that room decided to go to bed around 11:30, The house is indeed on Main Street, but... Really enjoyed my 2 night stay at this B and B. Owners Lyndell and John are very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was a treat each morning. There were treats available all day and we enjoyed sitting on the porch at night in the rockers and reading. The location is perfect and if you do the midweek special you receive a... More

We had a nice, quiet comfortable suite here. There was plenty of room and the bed was very comfortable. Lyndell's breakfasts were nice with the added treat of desserts with the breakfast. Lyndell was very knowledgeable of the Amish country.

My husband and I were travelling from Boston to Virginia and needed a place to spend the night. We had stayed at this inn a few years before and decided to go a little out of our way and stay here again, since our first visit was very positive. We arrived in the early evening and checked ourselves in. We... More

The Alden House B&B made our 2-night stay in Lititz an excellent experience. My wife and I stayed in the carriage house and it was perfect. We had a great breakfast in the main house each morning and Lyndell made sure, per our request, our meal was vegetarian. We planned be tourists for the day and take in all the... More
