One night stay at this hotel was horrible, and I see it has been getting terrible reviews for years! The carpet was sticky, the room reeked of old smoke ( non smoking room) and the bathroom smelled of something unidentifiable. The only good thing is it's proximity to the airport but there are many hotel nearby and it would be... more

Our US AIRWAYS flight was cancelled the other night so we were given free vouchers for a motel room. The woman said it was for the "Quality Inn" (why cannot it be for a fixed amount, like they do for food, so we could pick our own motel?) We assumed it was for the Airport Quality Inn, in Lester. WRONG!... more

When booking the room directly with the hotel, I was assured I was booking a handicap room. However, when arriving--thirty minutes later-- no handicap room was available. Futhermore, the onyl rooms were on the second floor and the motel didn't have a elevator. Because several flights had been cancelled this was the only room available. I, with the help of... more

My friends and I were driving through on a tour of NE baseball stadiums, and we basically chose this place at random. I was worried about the $109 rate for what appeared to be a sub-Motel 6 property, but we were too tired to argue with common sense. This turned out to be a major mistake. The room was dirty,... more

The hotel wasn't in very good shape. It was a very overpriced Motel 6. At $100.00 a night I felt the rooms could have been better appointed with something other than Walmart furniture. The first night the AC didn't work and the TV cable was messed up and coffee maker was broken and about half the lamps were burnt out.... more

This property is located between very busy one-way highways somewhat noisy at night. Coutesy shuttle service was great and on time between airport and motel. Front desk employees were relatively friendly, not a lot of smiling faces....Compliementary breakfast is decent. Rooms are clean, but if adjacent rooms are occupied they are noisy. Not a place for family type stay, only... more

Location for this hotel is good, very close to the airport. Beyond that, do not stay here. There are plenty of other hotels within a few miles of the airport that would be better choices. Quality Inn is old, dirty, and in need of plenty of renovations. more

Booked 2 rooms at this property. One room was okay, the other one was okay until I discovered bed bugs! I was covered from head to toe with bites and had to be seen at the local hospital emergency room. Staff was passive about the discovery of the problem and still have not contacted me with resolution regarding medical bills.... more

Stayed here for one night. I arrived very late and used one of the coupons you find at the service areas. The room was OK, fairly clean, the tub could have used a good scrubbing and there was some toothpaste or shaving cream residue on the floor. A plus is free long distance calls, but they will charge $1.00 for... more

I have to agree with the previous reviewers. Due to the Army-Navy football game in Philadelphia on December 3, this was one of the few places with a vacancy for that night. We were in town to attend a concert at the Wachovia Center the same night. In retrospect, it would have been worth it to pay double at one... more
