From walking around the back through the herb gardens and meditation garden to dancing at the wedding reception, this was an excellent wedding venue. The rehearsal dinner was served family style and was really good. The wedding food was also delicious. I particularly like the friendly staff and bartender. With an Italian theme throughout, the rooms felt like an Italian... More

Literally..while the surrounding ccountryside is breath taking, turn into the Village and you are transported. The "Village" consists of old tobacco barns converted to luxury suites. Think wood beams and sunken tubs, luxurious beds and fine dining. The staff were all very gracious and the gardens abundant. Can't say enough so please treat yourself - and I strongly suggest the... Recently worked to book an event at this location. I was misled on pricing options as well as forced into signing a contract to secure dates. Ended up having to forfeited deposit which would not be refunded even though no services were rendered. I spoke with sales and upper management to work out a solution however both where extremely unaccommodating... More

We stayed overnight in spacious accommodation with beautiful fixtures and fittings. The Amish wedding dinner was very enjoyable. There is a spa on site which I would have used had we been staying longer. The garden was attractive with cherry blossoms, dogwoods and pear trees. The staff were friendly and obliging.

We purchased a Groupon for a one-night “getaway” as a belated “Valentine’s Day” gift for each other. We arrived early (approx. 1:30) and were told that our room would be available closer to 3:00. We strolled around the property and checked out all of the buildings on the property. We were happy to find a billiards room in the basement... More

This place has everything you would want for a vacation or a short stay. The rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean! It has a spa on site which is great and can't say enough about the restaurant. The buffet breakfast included eggs, fresh fruit, and of course, sticky buns! The casual restaurant was excellent! Can't wait to return!

Best of both worlds if you like spending time driving around amongst the Amish. This place is very nice and reasonably-priced. Great bar, dining and breakfast. The only thing I didn't care for was the noise in the middle of the night downstairs - sounded like an auto body shop below us (my husband's words) but it probably was the... More

Stayed overnight with wife on recent business trip. Lovely! Rooms are beautifully decorated, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The buffet breakfast was a little different and delicious. Dinner in the informal restaurant was quite good and very reasonably priced.

This place was lovely. We had a suite in the Lancaster House. It had two rooms and a very nice bath. I like having an area outside the bathroom with enough space to put things. Each room had a TV, there were robes, a choice of pillows, windows that actually opened. The service was great and the staff friendly. The... More
