My wife and I stayed here after a whitewater rafting trip in Jim Thorpe. A couple things stand out as memorable: 1. Flexibility: despite it being a busy weekend in the aarea, we were excluded from the 2-night minimum. Further, we were allowed to check in hours after what was standard..without complaint. 2. Service: the rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and... More

Jan made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. She was very happy to give us ideas for things to do in the Jim Thorpe area, and even explained how to get into Jim Thorpe the back way, which saved us time because we didn't get stuck in traffic going into town for their festival. The breakfast was excellent, with... More

The Sweet Reflections was a wonderful place to stay. Just a few minutes from Jim Thorpe, Pa. The rooms were clean & nicely decorated. We stayed here for the Pennsylvania Blues Festival and we definitely plan to return. Jan really goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and the house is beautifully decorated. The breakfast was phenominal. The location was very convenient, yet off the beaten path. We stayed in the Romance room, which has its own bath, and we were... More

We stayed at this B & B when we visited Jim Thorpe. It was only a few miles away (Lehighton) and well worth the drive to this peaceful country setting. The house is a colonial built in 1857. It is tastefully decorated and many antiques can be seen throughout the house. The lawn and flower gardens surround a pond and... More

Great little B&B 10 mins from Jim Thorpe. My husband and I stayed here for a weekend. We wanted to stay close to Jim Thorpe as we had rafting reservations with Pocono Whitewater early Saturday morning. We stayed in the room Sweet Dreams. It was really a lovely room with window A/C, but the bathroom for this room is down... More
