I made telephone reservations for this hotel for a stay at Sesame Place. I was told that the room would comfortably fit our family of five: my wife, myself, and our three young children. Upon arriving at our room, we were faced two full-size beds with very little other room. When I contacted the front desk, I was asked by... more

We stayed here for the past 3 nights. When we arrived, our room was downgraded from a King with a pull out couch to 2 double beds. No change in rate. Going into the room, there was food on the floor on the sides of each bed and food stains on the walls (? soda or some sort of drink).... more

My wife and I stayed here with our daughter for a 2-day trip to Sesame Place. I called in advance to reserve a refrigerator and microwave for our room (an additional $20 each per day, fair enough). When I checked in, I asked to make sure we had the microwave and refrigerator in the room and was told yes, but... more

My husband and I and our two young daughters (4 and 2) stayed here June 22nd-23rd for a Sesame Place visit. Used Starwood Points to pay for the room, but I wouldn't stay here again if I had to pay. We had a King room with a pull-out sofabed. I thought this would be in an alcove, so that after... more

Hotel is past its prime. I saw the reviews indicating "recently renovated" and find that hard to believe. We are on the Startwood Preferred Guest floor and it STILL is crappy. 1 of 2 elevators work and despite the fact that the service elevator works, maids are getting on the passenger elevators with their carts. Stepping off the elevator onto... more

Stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding and we had a fantastic time! The rooms were large, very clean, and had a huge flat screen TV. Everyone we that worked at the hotel was so nice we felt like we were an honored guest staying in the home of a family member. They have a really cool computer center... more

Apart from the complimentary apple cider this place is the pits. From the missing room number placard to the view of the air conditioning units, from the cold pool room to the non-functioning elevators. Not getting my room cleaned on the second day of my stay with very little resolution by the hotel staff ("we can bring you towels") was... more

I have never been in a hotel that seemed to have so little regard for the sleep of their guests. After calling politely at midnight about the throngs of teenagers in the hall (which I was told was a debate group), I was told that there was only a front desk clerk and a security guard on duty, and that... more

Stayed one night with large teenage group for soccer tournament. Hotel is newly renovated and in good, central location. Close to shopping and places to eat. Rooms are large, new beds, flat panel TVs, nice bathrooms, new furniture. Check in/out was smooth, nice staff. Only thing that didn't appear to be new was the elevators. They were slow, slow, slow.... more
