My husband and I had a lovely experience at the King's cottage. I loved the massage and the rose petal bath. I will definitely recommend this bed and breakfast. The inn keepers are very pleasant and helpful. More

Ann and Janis were wonderful hosts. The meals were superb. We highly recommend getting a massage from Ann, it was a relaxing respite from the snow storm outside. That being said, this picturesque cottage was perfect in the snow. Ask them for recommendations of local shops, bars, and eateries... they will NOT steer you wrong! We stayed in the King... More

Everything about our stay at King's Cottage B&B was just right. Our hostesses greeted and oriented us in a thorough and inviting manner. We stayed in the carriage house, which is quiet, private, and delightful. My wife got a massage at the beginning of our stay--best massage of her life. The house is well-located near the heart of the city.... More

My husband and I spend three days in the Carriage House and had a wonderful time. I am a newly- diagnosed celiac and I am not the kind of person who makes a big deal about it. I don't like to inconvenience people, but my husband did tell them ahead of time I am a celiac and can't eat gluten.... More

There are so many things I could say about our stay! So, I will try to condense it all into a small paragraph... This place is THEE perfect place to relax & let go of every day stress! The Innkeepers are awesome! Although we didn't see Ann very much (she had class the main day of our stay) she was... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for an anniversary weekend. The fireplace was an excellent addition - I haven't seen such a good set up at any other B & B's. The only downside of our room was that the bathroom was across the hall (and needs a bit of a facelift) - common I know but still a bit... More

Thank you for your comments. We are now discussing what changes we can make to the King bath room for a facelift. We only have 2 bedrooms with hall accessed bathrooms so maybe you can try one of the other 6 rooms on your next visit. We are glad you enjoyed our breakfasts and hope you will return for another... This b&b exceeded our expectations. The room was wonderfully large and the bathroom had a xtra large jet tub that was so fun to relax in. The meals were superb and Janice and Ann could not have been any more accommodating . We have been to the tourist area of Lancaster many times but we went to some restaurants that... More

My wife and I stayed here 10 years ago and we had a very nice time. Why I waited that long I simply don't know. We decided to come back for a short get away and much to our surprise the place has improved greatly. Not that it was a bad place to begin with. It was a very nice... More

We are glad you chose us again for your Lancaster County getaway. We can't wait to show you the changes we have made in the Princess since your Jan. stay. New photos should be up some time in April on our website and the balcony will be wonderful in the spring time. We look forward to seeing you again. Ann More
