From the description the hotel lived up to our expectations. The room was unique with the jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room. Immaculatly clean, comfortable beds, great towels. The hotel was easy to find, good garage, nicely located in relation to the town and attractions. The lobby is nicely decorated - this is a small hotel, welcoming and... More

Awesome service from the people at the front desk. They were able to answer questions, recommend places to eat. Just super nice. As a whole the hotel was pretty beautiful. I love the uniquely designed rooms. I only wish that there was NBC on the TV.

This was not my first time staying at Lancaster Arts Hotel but this is my first time to write the review. To make it short, the staffs there are friendly and helpful which always give you homely feelings. The location is convenient and my family and I will definitely come back to stay there for my next visit.

This is a beautiful hotel; the art is fascinating. The bed was comfortable and the room was well-equipped. I had two complaints: The housekeeping staff was LOUD (exacerbated by the wood floors); and the information booklet was cumbersome to use and omitted several basic bits of information (where is the ice machine?). We'd stay there again in a heartbeat. It's... More

The Lancaster area was one of the last stops during our 10 week cross-country honeymoon and we wanted to stay somewhere on the 'unique' side. We stumbled across the Lancaster Arts Hotel online and were intrigued to find that it is a renovated building offering a comfortable stay for weary travels...and local organic food too! Pros: - Excellent customer service... More

Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Beautiful rooms with high quality linens. The most comfortable bed we slept in during our 8 night trip (stayed in 4 other hotels through out DC, PA and VA). The food at the restaurant was excellent and the bar tender, Art was extremely friendly. The waitress who waited on us the first night was quite... More

we booked two rooms. Arts Suite was wonderful but the King Deluxe room had a view of the dumpster / ugly parking lot and very little exposed brick in the room. Website pictures for the King Deluxe were misleading. YMC closes at 4pm which makes it impossible to use on check in day (3pm check in). Hotel restaurant is NOT... More

My husband and I loved our stay at the Lancaster Arts Hotel. From the day that we arrived until our last day, everyone was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and spacious. We were plesantly surprised that they offer cab service around downtown Lancaster, which we often used when we went out to dinner at night. The... More

Very nice over the phone w/reservations. Matched the lowest price found on internet. Hotel unique style as was our room. Small but interesting with nice extras: rose on bed with chocolate, free spring water in pretty blue bottles each day. Very nice free breakfast including waffles, cereals, fruit, etc.Artwork cool to look at. Free passes to YMCA accross street if you... More
