It was a perfect spot for our honeymoon. It was a nice and quiet romantic place to stay. Looking forward to coming back for our one year anniversary when my husband get home for leave from deployment. We can not wait to go back. Such a beautiful room. more

This has to be the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The attention to detail was fantastic. What first attracted us to the hotel is it's contribution to the community. Taking an old warehouse and using local craftsman to redo the place into a viable business in the community is a task I think should be lauded. Then, once we... more

Let me say, I like quirky hotels, and this is indeed an interesting hotel in a lovely town that was so green and clean I just wanted to live there (well for 5minutes anyway)....this is not a hotel if you want to take your children, our room was termed a family room, it was tiny, in fact after being on... more

Let's get the "cons" out of the way first: The restaurant is expensive, dinner only and doesn't do room service, there are few of the "typical" hotel services (no pool, no 3-meal restaurant, no 24-hour room service), the parking deck ramp is insane and sometimes the rooms can be noisy (if you are located in a room with a spa... more

My husband and I stayed at the Lancaster Arts Hotel while sightseeing in the Lancaster area. We arrived early enough that our room was not yet ready, but an extremely personable and helpful woman at the front desk told us to leave our car in their parking garage and gave us information about what to see in town. She also... more

Cool spot, and friendly staff. Neat rooms and the whole atmosphere is wonderful. After some technology issues we really enjoyed our stay. If wireless connections are really important to your stay, beware. There are some issues. However, if getting away from it all is important, this place provides. Really enjoyable. more

I was in town for the weekend with my boyfriend and thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel. We felt well taken care of by the staff. and the room was great. We arrive early and was given suggestions for lunch nearby. Our room was well decorated and you'll love the paintings and exposed brick. I love that we got a... more

We stay in this hotel when we are in town for events at Franklin & Marshall - twice in a row now. The location is perfect for this, but the hotel staff is also always friendly and we like the eclectic nature of the rooms. The shower is luxurious and the rooms are always comfortable. My one complaint is that... more

My husband and I and two friends of ours recently stayed at the Lancaster Arts Hotel, and, WOW, were we impressed and pleased with our stay! From the minute we walked onto the property to the time we checked out, we felt pampered, happy and frankly, we didn't want to leave! The hotel is wonderfully decorated in the lobby(I just... more

I booked a night here for my boyfriend's birthday - it was wonderful. This hotel is exactly what Lancaster is becoming - a great town of indpendently owned businesses. We loved the room - we both remarked that it was the most unique place we had ever stayed. I'd love to go back, but as others stated, its quite pricey.... more
