This is the same letter I sent to the hotel manager. Almost a week later NO reply! Recently we rented two rooms at the Country Inn, to celebrate my daughter's Birthday. Her father came down from Massachusetts and rented one, and we rented the other. I cannot tell you how disappointed we are in our stay there. We have stayed... more

The former your place country inn has changed its name, but other then the pool, not much else. The building is noticeably old, the floor creaks as you walk through the hall. old wooden doors (good old keys, not cards, for doors, with the room numbers clearly printed on them; so much for security) no frills ceilings and worn, used... more

This was the worst hotel experience of my LIFE! I stayed at this hotel a couple of times 3 years ago, and we liked it because it was inexpensive and the people seemed nice. WOW have things changed in those 3 years!! The staff members were the most rude, arrogant, obnoxious people I've ever encountered in my life! The girl... more

This was my first stay at the hotel, in fact I'd not ever noticed it before on 30. I booked due to a deal PA Dutch was running and was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, with good service, nice rooms and a wonderful indoor pool & jacuzzi area. The only disappointment was flat pillows and a shower that... more

This is my third stay at this place. I havent been here in a while but the place seems to have changed for the worse. This place needs to be updated. The beds and pillows are very low quaility. This property does not have any laundry equipment or a fitness area. The breakfast area is tiny, most people take the... more

Beware - this place is a scam. They offer 50% off on Sunday nights but you'll never see that. They don't know how to calculate 50%. Over staff member is very rude Place needs updating very badly. more

My family and I have been staying at this property numerous times within the past 12 months. Never had any problems until this past visit. When we checked in, a staff member gave us a wrong key to a room. We went to this room and unlocked the door. We were shocked to see that the room was being occupied.... more

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful at checkin. The beds were horrible, was just like sleeping on the floor. I couldn't have stayed there no more than one night. It was in a convenient location, but it was hard to find, as their sign was not in a very good location. Other than that,... more

If you're in the Lancaster area to visit the outlets, you couldn't do better than to say in this wonderful little hotel right on Route 30. It's not elegant but it is very comfortable, well priced, and the service is excellent. I'd stayed there several years ago and had my fingers crossed that this visit would be as pleasant and... more

We arrived without reservation and were willing to stay almost anywhere. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, the room was ultra clean and the decor was quaint. Much better than expected! The view wasn't the best, but the coziness of the room made up for it. We would definitely stay there again. more
