This is my first time staying at a red roof inn and will go back. The check in/out person was friendly and was efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a nice bonus on a hot day. The breakfast wasn't the greatest but wasn't the worst either. If you want a hotel that is budget friendly and... More

Clean, reasonable and well located for our visit. Dog friendly as we have a bearded collie. Parking is excellent as we are handicapped. Beds are good, however the pillows need upgrading. Sine we have stayed there before we take our own pillows.

I really through I had a good deal. But it was one of the worst places I ever stayed. I walk into my room and found it was not clean. Then was given a nother room and that room was clean but the room door was away from the frame so u had a gap that anyone can push my... More

I booked this hotel because the reviews were pretty good for a 'cheap hotel', but won't be back. The bed was poor with an AC vent over the bed making sleeping very uncomfortable. The breakfast was sparse at best, so we went out to eat instead. The location is good but we will look elsewhere the next time we plan... More

Avoid this hotel, they will lie to you. We arrived the same day as BeaPA (aug. 12th) and had exactly the same problem for other reasons... The guy at the office told us they had a problem with five rooms because of the rain. He told us to go to a nearby hotel saying he has made arrangements and that... More

I stayed at this hotel for a four night vacation in August. In addition to the attractive price (less than half the price of comparable hotels in the area), my choice was based on the hotel's centralized location and its extensive amenities (including heated outdoor pool; free breakfast; free local/ long distance calls and Wi-Fi; and a refrigerator, coffeemaker, and... My family and I choose the Lancaster Redroof Inn because the price was unbeatable and the location was excellent. Our stay was nothing but wonderful, the staff was friendly and courteous and our room was comfortable. It was roomy enough for our two children and us to stay comfortable. Everything was neat and very clean. I also liked how they... More

Stayed their May 21st and will not go back, why? first they took away the dressers and we could not put our clothes any place so we left them in the suitcase. The air conditioner was very noisy when it came on and off all night long. Breakfast was minimal we went for breakfast some place else the next day.... More

Despite my making a reservation seven months in advance on Booking.com and confirming it three times with the hotel (including just two weeks prior), MY RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED -- WITHOUT NOTICE -- the morning of my arrival. In January, I made a six-night reservation at the Red Roof Inn Lancaster for an August vacation through Booking.com. Between January and August,... More

We made advance reservations as we were traveling up through Lancaster at this Red Roof. Upon our arrival in the evening, we were told the room was not available due to a plumbing issue. The clerk told us Red Roof made reservations at an alternate Inn. Well that Inn was inferior ( smaller beds, additional fee for Wifi and Breakfast,... More
