I booked three rooms for a two night stay on 11/27/2015. All three rooms were dirty with stains on the rug and dirt in the bathroom. Items missing, TV did not work and phone missing out of the ADA room. I booked the rooms and provided a credit debit card to hold them as I was informed when we checked... More

The location of this Red Roof is near everything. However, Lincoln Highway gets very crowded and noisy so be forewarned. We were thankfully put in a room in the back which blocked any street noise. The check-in experience was a bit frustrating, as I must have waited on line for at least 25 minutes. There was one gentleman, the manager,... More

The Red Roof Inn in Lancaster is so so. Don't expect too much. Stains on the floor, staff banging on the wall hanging decor in the room next door kept us up until 12:00 AM. (That's just uncalled for) The only good thing about this hotel is the location, within just a few miles of the Amish shops and restaurants.

I've read bad reviews of this chain before, but the motel was close to an Amish attraction, it was late when we finished our visit and it was dog friendly so we decided to stay there. The room rate was not budget at least in my opinion at $65 plus $25 dog fee. The first room didn't have a microwave,... More

1. no hair dryer. Was brought one when we called. 2. No hand towels, wash clothes or drinking glasses. Called at 3PM and finally had to walk to desk at 11PM to get them from night desk clerk. 3. not enough seats in breakfast room, fruit was old and most food bins were emptied out and single food person could... Smallest handicap accessible room, barely enough room between bed and desk. No dresser in the room. Toilet is only standard size and not the height it should be. There was leakage of water at the base of toilet after transfer from wheelchair to toilet and back again. When asked about a roll-away was told "will check my inventory" and never... More

We are staying here tonight. Feel a little like we are in a prison as there are bars in front of the balcony! Elevator was dirty, so was hoping the room was better. It was clean, but smelled like bleach. That could be a positive meaning it was very clean! I brought my Lavendar spray and was glad I did.... More

The tone was set as we arrived. Perhaps, we're from a former generation. However, as we were awaiting our turn at the check in desk. There were two clerk's servicing. I confronted one of the clerk's minutes to five pm. He abruptly did an about-face and dismissed himself. Apparently, with no explanation. The accommodation were only fair. Likely we would... More

First, let me say at $49/night this would have been an unacceptable room, this atrocity ran us $129/night for a basic 2 double bed room. The FIRST room they gave us had not been vacuumed given the amount of crumbs and hair on the floor and the one bed had a toothpaste drool stain on the obviously unchanged sheets. The... More
