Just stayed here and it is a total dump. The hotel is so run down it does not have a proper front door, and when the cab dropped me off I had to walk up a broken escalator. The lobby has dust bunnies hanging from the fake plants and the carpet looks like it hasn't been vacuumed or professionally cleaned... More

We were in the Lancaster area for a USTD dance competition; myself, my daughter, my friend her two children and one is special needs. Starting with the moment we got to the hotel the eslcaltor was not working and we were not able to access the elevator the doors were locked because you had to have a key. Thus making... More

I booked just one night here for a quick family trip. When we arrived a few minutes after the reservation was made, the the entire place loooked dark and dingy. The escalator didn't work, and the girls at the front desk didn't look professional. There were 2 young girls and an older lady who were dressed like they were in... More

We arrived to a dirty hotel where the escalators didn't work. We were told one broke awhile ago and was never fixed and the other they shut down for the winter to save energy. Non of the staff were in uniform so we didn't know who was really working there or who was off the street. We were told they... More

Apparently the Hotel has been undergoing some remodeling, which began on the top floors and is working it's way down. I was on one of these upper floors and had a very good experience, both with the quality of the room and the staff. I was in town for a conference at the convention center which is only about 3... A group of people went to this hotel to be at the same place since we were all attending a conference. We went through a few rooms each before we got one that was not too bad.It was very DIRTY and we never had clean towels if we had towels at all it was because we asked at the desk... More

A bit difficult to find - entrance is off the side street where they have some 15 min parking for loading/unloading. Vacant space next door facing Church St. also made it harder to fine and made things seem run-down. Quite run-down in appearance inside - greeted by 2 large escalators that were not working; odor of stale smoke in the... More

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. I was afraid to leave my room after dark! Forget walking to my car in the adjacent parking garage (that you have to pay for). The room was dirty and the staff was unhelpful! It was so bad that I had to cancel the second night there and move someplace... More
