Forget the chain hotels and tourist traps, this is a wonderful lodging experience that gives one a real taste of historic cool Lancaster. Historic urban cool, great service, convenient location close to surprising downtown.

Stayed for one night in the suite (1Q + Q pullout in living room). Fairly basic accommodation, but tastefully done. Loved the exposed brick walls in each room. Higher end shower supplies. Would be ready to give five starts, except for the fact that inner walls let in noise from upstairs room. Toilet flushes, showers, kids running around are clearly... More

I just stayed at this hotel with my wife and child. The hotel is very cute but they still need to fix a few things. I liked the room size and they were well decorated. The hotel staff is not as friendly as I would have expected for a small hotel. I think the front desk personnel should have been... More

This was a very charming hotel. Staff was very friendly. Beds were nice and comfortable and shower pressure was great. Rooms were spacious. Not far to lots of the downtown eateries. Great TV selection. Breakfast was basic continental style.

This hotel should be the standard for all hotels, if not it should be the beacon of direction for all hotels to follow, from the structure , décor and ambiance of the old and new world blended impeccably to the fine dining on site restaurant that could compete with any of the "best" restaurants in any metropolitan city, if your... There are not enough kind words to express what a great experience my husband and I had this past weekend celebrating our wedding at The Cork Factory. From check-in, housekeeping, to the staff at The Cork and Cap...stellar service not only for my husband and I but for all of our guests. Every request was accommodated with no questions asked.... My husband and I stayed here because a friend's wedding had blocked off rooms. Its kind of hard to find but we were impressed by the hotel's unique look. We were initially thrown off guard by the hotel's layout and had a very hard time finding our room. We were simply told that our room was "threw those doors" and... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Cork Factory over the weekend (1/20-1/21). I am a huge fan of historic buildings and this one was amazing! Beautiful room, although the walls are a little thin, but this is typically a trait of older buildings. Along with our stay we enjoyed delicious food in the restaurant/bar. Everyone on staff is friendly... More

We recently enjoyed another weekend in Lancaster for the Roots & Blues Festival. Weather in the east has been incredibly cold, but staying at the Cork Factory Hotel helped us forget the chill! There is so much history at every turn in this tastefully renovated factory. The staff members are beyond wonderful!!! Making our reservation, calling for cabs, offering numerous... More
