We read some reviews on this hotel, the worse we read was about the place smelling like cigarette smoke. Well that was an understatement, the smell was awful, it gave me a headache. The day we arrived we looked around the room there was hair stuck to the bathroom sink and it was still stuck there the next day after... more

Motel itself wasn't too bad but the manager and front desk clerks are the rudest, and most unprofessional bunch I have ever experienced. My family and I visit Lancaster 4-5 times a year and we had been warned about the staff at this motel, but this was a last minute trip and our usual places were booked. Upon arriving at... more

We just cam back a few days ago and after reading some of these reviews I was worried, but it was not bad for our one night stay. We did hear the loud music from the bar as we came in and made sure our room was no where near that. Managers were not so friendly. Room was fine. It... more

Fairly Bad, Was a "Travelodge" when family of 5 was there. Rooms. motel, everything, circa. 1961++ Lots of noise. Seemed from allover the place. Good parking, access to some decent family restarurants (If you can run across the 2 four lane streets quickly?) I was required to spend 2... maybe 3 nights there in July, 2008(Trying to forget). Good place... more

This has to be the worst place I've seen, and I've seen some bad motels/hotels! To begin with, we entered a room without a working doorknob. Anyway could have come in and killed us. The carpets were wet, and VERY gross! The window in the bathroom was boarded up. The pool was green (in the middle of the summer). I... more

Overall the stay was wonderful. Howerer the morning breakfest was less than desirable. There was nothing in the way of eggs and not very nutritional. more

Pleasantly surprised by the value for the price! This property has been refurbished recently and it shows. Room was nicely decorated and beds quite comfortable. Plenty of hot water and nice towels. Continental breakfast was quite generous and Internet access was available in an adjoining alcove with two work stations. Only negatives were that there was still a lot of... more

Stayed in motel for 5 nights. The room air conditioner was terrible. It was nearly impossible to regulate. It was extremely noisy making it difficult to sleep. The room seemed damp on all the settings. On two nights we found a bug in the bathroom. Although we were using the coffee maker, the housekeepers did not replenish the coffee packets... more

We love Lancaster and decided to return this month for a few days. The prices of hotels went up so we went with a cheaper option- the Travelodge. The front desk was not that friendly, but it didn't phase us too much. The grounds of the hotel were decent- they were fixing some parking lot so we had to park... more
