Nice hosts/ very very clean/ comfortable home and yard area/ centrally located/ good breakfasts- really no complaints. I would have chosen the bigger room possibly if we had stayed longer, but the room we stayed in was a great value and fit our needs.

The B & B has a very nice garden and 3 beautiful guest rooms. Unfortunately, there are on the road at the B & B a lot of traffic, which we did not like. Breakfast consisted of a small glass bowl with banana and caramel sauce (which already served on the table), a small omelette with bacon, coffee and a... More

Apparently you are not familiar with how the bed and breakfasts operate in the US. Since we are not inns nor are we restaurants where you can order what you want, our breakfasts are complimentary - what we are serving that day. We try to provide a hearty breakfast as other guests have commented that we do - so much... More

Beautiful room with beautiful people. Nice for a quiet getaway. Close to the amish, Sight and Sound and outlet shopping in the heart of Lancaster County. The room was very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous grounds and comfortable sitting rooms made this a wonderful experience.

Great place to stay. Owners are very friendly and accommodations are clean and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and home-cooked. Those blueberry scones are simply amazing. Would definitely recommend for couples looking for a weekend getaway.

Flowers and Thyme is a beautiful converted old farmhouse abounding in charm, warmth, and coziness--inside and out. Ruth and Don, and their daughter, Beth, could not be more gracious and accommodating. Breakfast was scrumptious and afternoon tea time was simply perfect--light chatter, laughter, meeting other guests--home away from home. My wife has gluten sensitivity to which Ruth and Beth responded... More

Very beautifully landscaped grounds with lots of variety of flowers which lends itself to their name. Owners were working in the garden when we arrived. Home is traditional country furnishings which are up to date and the house extremely clean. I do prefer sitting by ourselves at breakfast as I'm in the hospitality business and sometimes when away just want... More

Exceptionally clean, bright cheery rooms w/ your own bath, deeeelicious big breakfast, quiet, romantic, use of 3 extra rooms downstairs w/ TV, porch swing, gazebo, beautifully decorated with country touches, comfortable bed (we slept so soundly), lovely natural light, excellent and interesting books to peruse, made to feel at home, and we felt so relaxed we didn't want to leave.... I called the B&B before our arrival to ask about restaurant recommendations and were given 3 names and numbers, we choose one and the restaurant was fabulous! Ruth was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Ruth showed us our room upon arrival and showed us the TV room, game room and breakfast area....she made us feel at home. Ruth... More

We stayed in the thyme room during our long weekend to Lancaster. There were no TVs in the rooms but that was ok for us as we wanted to get away for a weekend. There was, however, a very noisy drippy pipe right behind the headboard of the bed. Overall, it felt like we were staying at my grandmothers house... More

I am a business traveler who got tired of the typical business-class hotel an opted for this unique B&B. It was a fun week with an A+ Breakfast (unique menu each day) and a comfortable room. Don and Ruth made me feel at home and were accommodating with my need for an early departure to a client site (high marks... More
