This hotel was recommended to us by family and far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were immaculate, the staff helpful and attentive and with the use of the pool and complimentary breakfast, what more could one ask for? We look forward to staying here again! more

Having stayed at numerous Marriott properties in last few years (my husband is a rewards member) we expected much more from this property. Compared to the Fairfield Inn in Chantilly, VA we were greatly disappointed. The room, which appeared clean had a musty odor and and a dampness that was very unpleasant. The bed was as hard as a rock... more

For a Marriott property this was disappointing. The deluxe continental breakfast was anything but that. The juice machine did not work, and rather than provide bottled juices, there was a handwritten sign taped to the machine asking patrons not to use it. There were no pastries offered, just plain bagels, muffins and bread. Fruit was limited, bananas and apples. The... more

We apologize that you were not able to have juice during breakfast. Our juice machine's compressor burned out and we were at the mercy of the Company whose machine it is, to come to repair it. They promised that they would be there on the day it broke down, however, it took until the following day to be repaired. Normally...

Recently, we had a "family reunion" and stayed at the Fairfiled Inn in Lancaster. This facility turned out to be a fantastic choice. Our rooms were spacious and well equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. We do a lot of travelling, and I must say this hotel is one of the cleanest that I've ever stayed in. The rooms were immaculate... more

The Fairfield Inn Lancaster is our families choice hotel when we visit PA for the outlets and Hershey Park. The hospitality of the staff is unsurpassed even compared to some of the higher end hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are very spacious, extremely clean, and very kid friendly. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and always willing to... more

The Fairfield Marriott is located 7-10 minutes from downtown Lancaster and not located very close to anything worthwhile for a tourist. At over $100 a night, for a weekend stay, the hotel is overpriced. On the positive, the Fairfield in Lancaster has a very pleasant staff and comfortable beds. The basics are there, which is important. The negatives: our room... more

OVERCHARGING ROOM RATES I think I have just had the absolute worst experience ever trying to check out of this hotel. The first bill presented to me was showing incorrect room rates. I had been confirmed at $118.75. But my check-out bill was showing two different room rates, one higher than the other, and both more than my confirmed rate.... more

My daughters and I made our first annual visit to the Lancaster Outlets this past weekend and stayed at the Fairfield Inn on Manheim Pike. It is about 8 miles from the outlets but worth the travel............quiet, clean, good breakfast(included). The outlets are fun but it's great to "get away" from the hustle and bustle and destress!!!! This is a... more

Found this on several websites, and went there when they had a special deal for the Pennsylvania Renaissance Festival. Got a GREAT price. What a super location for exploring Lancaster and the surrounding Amish Country. We arrived 3 hours early before check in, and Elizabeth checked for an available room and promptly gave us keys in just a few minutes,as... more

This was a very bad time...the rooms "feel" dirty...you know what I mean? The pillows were ridiculous. My husband and I said they were like cotton balls holding hands. Everything was tidy, just old...the internet didnt work, and worst of all, they vacuumed outside my room at 8 in the morning. When I called the front desk, she said "well,... more
