My family decided to go to Lancaster for an overnight stay so that we can visit Dutch Wonderland for my two year old son. After researching a bit on Tripadvisor I decided to go with the Hampton Inn. I also had some Hilton Honor points that I needed to use up so our stay there was free. First of all,... More

I moved to this hotel because the hotel I was staying in for a tradeshow was below par. I found the location of this hotel to be okay to get to things but was not in the middle of what you might want to see. The good part of this is that because much of Lancaster is farm country if... More

I stayed at this Hampton for a wedding. They ran shuttles to the venue. The room was a good size and the bedding was great. I was there on a warm day in September and the pool was closed. It would be nice if they would keep it open into fall since it's heated. I got up too late for... More

We stayed here one night for a basketball thing for my son. The location was close enough to our destination and close to nearby restaurants and even a nice mall. The hotel seemed clean no problems checking in. We were on the first floor. The beds were supposed to be queen size but seemed very small. I did't sleep well.... More

Stayed here for 1 night after a wedding. Easy check-in and out, clean and comfortable room, and good selection of food items at breakfast (quantity was great, quality was OK) made our stay an enjoyable experience. A courteous (complimentary?)shuttle driver to and from wedding site was an added bonus!

This is a good hotel. Looks like a recent remodel but you'd never know it wasn't brand new without looking closely. Very nice landscaping front & rear around the pool. Wifi on the computers in the lobby was unnecessarily slow. Free breakfast: good, but where's the bacon/breakfast meat? And in not sure what to make of Hampton's "scrambled eggs"--they are... More

Clean, comfortable, good mattress and bedding. All good but the smell of cigarettes. Breakfast was nice, lobby nice, was out all day and room had not been cleaned when we got back but the girls were in the hall but that wasn't a big deal.

From the moment we walked in, I knew we had made the right choice. The hotel is located a 10 minute drive from route 30...where most of the shopping, restaurants and Amish experience are located. The hotel provides comp parking with plenty of spots - hassle free. The front desk staff were amazing, very nice and helpful (they actually recommended... More

Omg! I haven't had a good night's sleep in 3 nights! The mattresses in our room were so mushy I ended up trying to sleep in a chair the first night. I complained about my accommodations upon checking in but they told me the hotel was sold out so I didn't bother complaining after that. I am not only a... More

Good but not excellent. The pillows and comforter are overwhelming and often fall to the floor. Maid service for bedmaking is not adequate. Bath supplies are sporadic as to availability. Public hall ways are not regularly cleaned and noise control is a problem.
