We stayed at this hotel for a few nights because it was a good central place near Philly, Lancaster County, etc. The hotel room was very clean but there were burn holes and beginnings of mold in the curtains, rust around the drain of the tub, and the bathroom smelled like smoke (it was a non-smoking room). The staff for... more

I've stayed here several times and have always enjoyed my stay. The bar/restaurant has good food and drinks, including $10 prime rib. The hotel is also walking distance to Bones, which is a decent chain restaurant. Have never used the pool or fitness center. My only complaint is the Net Nanny installed on the PCs in the Business center. I... more

This hotel in no way should be considered fancy, elegant, unique or romantic. It is, however, a basic full service hotel that my wife and I (plus our dog) were very pleased with. It's an older property that could probably use some redecorating that also has conference facilities. It's clean and well run. The desk staff, especially Mr. Francis, were... more

Booked a jacuzzi suite in this hotel while attending a high school reunion in one of the ballrooms downstairs. Was a little surprised at how inexpensive the jacuzzi suite was. About $169. We now know why it was so cheap. While the room wasn't downright filthy, it definitely wouldn't win any prizes for cleanliness. On the surface, it looked ok.... more

Neither of us has ever stayed at a Best Western, so we really did not know what to expect. We booked an overnight here, because we had a wedding to go to in the building. We booked a king bed, smoking room, with a refrigerator. The fridge was an additional $5.00. The Best Western is located just off the Pennsylvania... more

A friend celebrated his birthday in one of the ballrooms at the Best Western Inn at Towamencin, so we decided to book a room (we live an hour away, in Philadelphia). We were somewhat dissatisfied that, despite our early online reservation and our specific request, they did not make a king "smoking" room available for us. We were simply interested... more

We stayed here because we got a certificate for a night's stay and dinner in their restaurant at a charity auction. Not expecting more than a night away from home we were pleasantly surprised. The lobby is lovely, nicely decorated and clean. Our room was a suite with a king bed, nice mahogany furniture, a wet bar including a fridge.... more

Spent one night here after attending a wedding reception in nearby Skippack. Hotel is very convenient to I-476, the NE Ext. of the PA Turnpike, though not so close that you hear the road noise. The room was decent and clean. Good shower pressure but no fan in the bathroom. The only negative was that the heating system did not... more
