Don't judge a book by it's cover. Upon arrival, the Radisson appears to have the amenities of a 4 star hotel. However, our expectations were quickly dissolved when we walked into the room and immediately was greeted by some form of electrical equipment dangling from the air conditioning unit. This wasn't a big problem, just aesthetically unattractive. Then we proceeded... more

Dear Guest, I appreciate your recent feedback and will do everything possible to ensure that the experience that you had with issues in the room will not happen to other guests. In terms of views, we do accomodate requests for higher floors and would welcome a future visit to showcase that. As the General Manager, I put a priority on...

We drove out on 5/28/09 for a wedding. We were put in a room in the basement. We were woken up at 6:15am on 5/29/09 to the sound of racket balls being bounced off of our wall. I guess our room shared a wall with the raquet ball court? We asked to switch rooms. We were then put in a... more

After reading some past reviews I was a little afraid of staying at this hotel, but our experience (my husband and I) really was pretty nice. The room was relatively clean - only complaint in that area was piece of a snack chip on floor between 2 chairs obviously missed by prior vacuuming. I did a close look at the... more

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed in and I travel quite a bit. I have never complained about a hotel before; what (mostly minor) issues there may have been have been resolved immediately to my satisfaction. Major complaints: I had a confirmed reservation for a non-smoking room. So why were there three ashtrays with matches... more

In January 2009, my Fiance & I wanted a change of scenery so we decided to spend the night. I also wanted to try the sleep number bed since I was considering on purchasing one. Check in was smooth - we had a coupon from a travel magazine for $69.00 so the price was good. We settled into our room... more

I waited awhile to write this review after I returned home, so that maybe I would calm down about it, and I have. The room seemed clean, no bedbugs. I did like the sleep number bed, I slept well. The room was large, altho, the bathroom small. The problem was the shower !!! I was traveling with a friend and... more

I felt the need to write this review because everything that I had been reading bashed this place to death. After my visit, I feel the need to "get real" and tell what the place was about. Like most hotels, this one had good points and bad points. I don't think I have ever stayed at a hotel that everything... more

My husband and I wanted to do something special for our 20th wedding anniversary. We have two children so going away for an extended vacation can be a hassle so we decided to stay close to home. I contacted the hotel directly (in-house reservations) for our "fantasy" suite experience. We booked the GI suite since we weren't able to actually... more

The main reason I am writing a review was because after I booked my room I read the other reviews on this website and I wasn't sure if I would like the room. (On the website you can't book the individual fantasy suites or even see which ones are available - you have to call the hotel which is a... more

The visit began with a 30 minute wait to check-in, followed by an indifferent young woman at the desk who informed us that the rooms were not clean, so we would have to wait and get on line again. My husband approached a man standing on the side in the lobby and ,fortunately, he was able to get us a... more
