Tour company chose this hotel for its price, I assume, becasue we were well outside of Philadelphia which we were touring. No rooms had shampoo, housekeeping was unavailable, the front desk was not helpful, there was broken equipment in the rooms (phone with no sound, outlet with exposed wiring). It's too bad. It seemed like it had good policies and... more

I recently book a king bed, non-smoking room, away from the elevator at this hotel for 7 days. When I arrived I was assigned to a smoking room that was filthy, the HVAC cover fell off, and the bathroom light did not work. I complained and they could not move me to another room because they had none left. They... more

It was an OK hotel, but we were disappointed with a few of the listed amenities. For example- free continental breakfast is offered, but the hours have been slashed to 6:30am-8:30am- not ideal for a vacationing family. The business center computer was out of order & we had some difficulty with the in room wireless for our laptop. It was... more

I stay at the Sleep Inn everytime that I visit my family in Valley Forge (about 2-3 times a year for the past 2 years). For the low price, the Sleep Inn is an excellent hotel. There's a pool, a small but adequate fitness center, a decent breakfast, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Every staff member I've come... more

I had stayed at this hotel a year ago and just recently stayed before and just after the Thanksgiving holiday. What a different experience! The two biggest changes is the overall cleanliness and the food they had for breakfast. First cleanliness - I noticed the floors in the elevator and on my floor were not vacuumed as for my room,... more

We stayed at this hotel for four nights since my wife had a training nearby. This hotel was clean and well maintained. Indoor pool, spa, exercise room and coin laundry were in working order. Breakfast is free and tasty. In the lobby, there is a computer you can go online and print out information you need at no charge. On... more

I was commuting to Philly and stayed in this hotel most weeks for several months. Even before I became a regular, I was impressed with how diligent, professional, and friendly the staff were. Definitely not the norm for a hotel of this price -- it stands out. In fact they were much more friendly and professional than is often the... more

My boyfriend and I were going into Philadelphia for the weekend. We wanted a clean, safe, comfortable, and moderately priced room. We were pleasantly surprised. It fit the bill entirely with a great breakfast buffet. You can't beat it. One thing I will say is for those people out there who are looking for an art decco modern place to... more

This hotel was exactly what I had hoped it would be. I just needed a safe, comfortable place for one night that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. This was perfect. The manager George who was on duty when I got in late was extremely friendly and accommodating. (Had to give me a toothbrush and toothpaste when I... more

My wife and I recently reserved a room for a three night stay at the Sleep Inn King of Prussia, PA location based on several positive reviews on Trip Advisor. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't as good as some others. The property is situated in an office park/ light industrial area close to the King of Prussia Mall. It is an... more
