My family and I stayed at this Hotel this past weekend. The guestrooms are dark and dingy. The guestrooms and guestroom hallways smell like mold. Staff at the Front Desk and Housekeeping were great! Friday night 7/10/09 We should have know something -being the only guests having dinner. Very disappointed with the food and service. I am in the Hotel... more

I recently stayed at the Park Ridge for a weekend conference. Based on some of the previous reviews, I was dreading it! But I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived before check-in time, and was checked into my room immediately (by Erica, a delightful front desk assistant). I held my breath as I opened the door to my room, anticipating the... more

Again, like some of the reviewers mentioned, this used to be a Sheraton. The staff was fine. Quick and efficient in checking in. The room was just old and sort of dirty. The remote for the tv had caked on dirt. The bathroom had some random hairs. The sheets had some "rusty" stains. I think I could have found a... more

I cannot remember the last time I was at a hotel so incredibly unacceptable. Despite a sweet staff (the bartender was particularly lovely), this hotel is repulsive. The first room I was showed had blood stains on the floor. The second had clearly not been cleaned with any care; a pantiliner was stuck to the wall next to the bathroom,... more

To start, this hotel USED to be a Sheraton. It got old and needed renovation so instead of doing so, Sheraton just pulled is brand name off, and it became the Park Ridge hotel. Even from the outside the hotel looks very run down and cosmetically ugly. Rooms: The rooms have old 19" console TV's with windows that are falling... more

We stayed at the Park Ridge Hotel for Valentine's Day, they had a lovely package. The room that we stayed in had a King Size bed, which was very comfortable, the dinner that we had was top notch, the breakfast buffet, was very nice. When we came back to our room after dinner, there was a plate of chocolate covered... more

Went to a 3-day festival at the Valley Forge Conv. Center, and this hotel is just 3 blocks away, literally a 2 minute drive. I had originally booked a room on-site, but it was much more expensive, did not include breakfast, and you had to pay for any extras (like a fridge). The Park Ridge Hotel is owned by Sheraton,... more

Stayed for a weekend business meeting in January. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large with new bedding, nice large bathrooms. We ate onsite at the Coppermill for breakfast and lunch and enjoyed the food and service. The hotel is right on Mall Boulevard and very convenient to shopping at mall. All the employees from the... more

First off, let me say that this is no longer a Sheraton. They removed their name on October 1st. How bad could it be? Well, the reviews don't lie. It was filty-we had a hole punched in the wall, the carpet was torn and dirty, the bathroom tub unacceptable. The hallways are dark and dingy and if it were free,... more
