My daughter's wedding reception was held at the Clarion Hotel Park Ridge. The food was excellent. The wait staff at the reception, front desk and at the breakfast next day were attentive and on top of all requests and needs of our guests. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. All of our guests raved about everything...the perfect wedding reception.... more

- Scheduling error no one in housekeeping working on Friday - No ice in machines - Public bathrooms smelled like sewage spill - Staff really sad since the takeover from the Clarion except Bridgette and Barbara (a pleasure) - Leaks in the hallways - Building needs total renovation - Rooms clean otherwise more

I can't believe Sheraton attached their name to this place. Rude service, disgusting rooms with moldy showers and smelly carpet. Leaks in the hallways and broken elevators. We left after one night and checked in down the street. more

We stayed here due to our friends wedding. The service desk is very helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is clean. Our room was okay, it was clean but kind of outdated-it did serve its purpose.
