Clean rooms and a good breakfast. Front desk and those cleaning ladies were really nice. Have to make a u turn before you get to the hotel but not bad. I thought the comments before were a little crazy. But getting a room on the quiet side is really true. more

I usually for for Hampton Inn when traveling because I know it's a good hotel. Boy was I wrong about this one. You have to make a right U-turn to get to the hotel, which can be annoying. The bathroom was dirty, hair on floor and the tub was not clean. The fixtures were spotted. We did have the quite... more

I had stayed in this hotel for several years. In 2006, I got on the noisy side of the building. That side faces the turnpike and the truck noise was terrible. Nice hotel if you are on the quiet side. In recent years we are now staying down the street at the Best Western, very clean. more

This hotel is up to the Hampton Inn standards. The hotel rooms are nicely appointed, clean and everything functions properly. Hotel staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel location is very convenient to great shopping and restaurants and easy access to major highways. I was very happy and satisfied with my stay at this Hampton Inn. The missed the "excellent"... more

We have just returned from a shopping week end get away and found this Hampton an excellent place to stay. You are minutes away from the King of Prussia Mall, 20 minutes from the Premium Outlets and if so wish easy access to downtown Philadelphia. The main areas of the hotel well maintained. Our room and bathroom were immaculate. The... more

After booking rooms for our softball team one of the parents pointed out the detrimental review on this site. I contacted the property manager, Todd, who has only been there for a little over a month and he was able to assuage my concerns. Upon arriving at the property I found it to be extremely clean and the staff bent... more

I enjoyed staying at this property. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with maybe a little noise from the street nearby. The location is very close to the King of Prussia Mall which was nice. The traffic pattern made it impossible to make a left out of the parking lot, so you had to find a place to make... more

After reading the last few reviews I was skeptical about my memorial weekend reservations. I did not need to be. The hotel was both clean and neat. The front desk staff was efficient (Patricia). The room was in good shape and very clean. The hotel felt safe and secure. It was in a good location (on the perimeter of the... more

I dont even know where to start. This Hampton Inn in King of Prussia needs to be shut down. I justed stayed there for my first time last night 5/17 for my nieces graduation from Villanova. When I traveled here last year I stayed at another hotel and wish they werent sold out. I would have paid anything to not... more

I must say I love Hamptons and frequent them all the time. I am a Silver Hilton Honors member. I pulled into this Hampton and it looks like every other Hampton Inn, however once you enter the lobby it is very old, dark and unappealing. The front desk is overheard talking loudly about some"babies daddy" and fighting and cursing. Then... more
